I first had Tastee Treats at Logan St Market. The macaroons are phenomenal! My daughters birthday was coming up and I knew I had to reach out to Emily to get on her schedule for some and also have her do a cake (which I had never had of hers). Unfortunately, as cute as the cake was, the cake itself was awful! I did not expect this, it was so disappointing. The cake was extremely dense and had an oily taste. It was truly inedible, no one at the party ate any of it. I was so embarrassed! The cakes aren't cheap either, so I was even more disappointed that I spent $75 on it...money down the drain. Items are picked up at her home and we encountered one of her neighbors and it was beyond unpleasant with them. That made the two mins it took to pick up my stuff extremely uncomfortable. Hopefully some day she gets a store front or confronts her rude neighbor. If you are looking for macaroons, get some! But, I would recommend staying away from the cakes. Maybe it was on off batch? I wouldn't risk it...

Update: Tastee Treats recently made a cake for our sons 1st birthday and she knocked it out of the park. Emily was easy to work with and the cake tasted great!
