I adored my experience at The Wine Room & can't wait to go back & bring friends! Learning about wine & spirits is something I enjoy, & Maddie was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of every J. Bell product she poured. The quality differential of their natural wine-making process is evident from the first sip. Beyond the wine itself, which was divine, each tasting was accompanied by a food pairing from Chef Chris that blew me away. It was clear from the pairings that he, tasting guide Maddie & J. Bell wine maker Stephanie worked hard to identify & elevate the best qualities of the wine through complementing food flavors. Date night or just spending time with friends, the Wine Room gives memorable experiences to enjoy. I was there for a tasting and food pairing. The wines are exquisite and varied. They all have a story that (spoiler alert) concludes with wines that are made the right way. The food pairings we enjoyed were sublime. At times, the food would bring out the best in the wine, and other times the wine extracted the intricate flavors in the food.
