I really enjoyed this pizza. The crust was crispy on the bottom, softy and chewy on top. The ingredients were great quality. It was my first time trying Italian ricotta cheesecake. It was good but definitely different from a regular cheesecake. It was lighter and almost dryer than a cheesecake giving it almost a cake like texture. It was not as sweet either. Which made a perfect balance with the strawberry sauce i ordered with it. The only issue i had was, they did leave my child’s sides of ranch off the order by accident when it was delivered. So she wasn’t too happy. But NewYorkPizzaCompany realized their mistake and called me to take care of the issue and apologize before i had a chance to contact them.

Do you want New York Style pizza? Do you live in the Kentuckiana area? Then you must go here. This place checks all the boxes. Pizza by the slice like you had back east. Foldable crust but still a little crunch. Fresh toppings. The parking lot smells like Brooklyn. I’ve been in southern Indiana for 18 years and I’ve tried them all. This is hands down the most authentic place. One slice is enough for one person, equivalent to two slices of a NY slice. Please try this place. They also sell whole pies which I’m sure you can get however you want.

As a Brooklyn native, it's not easy to find NYC pizza in Louisville. Unfortunately, this place is also not it. The pizza was way too thin, chewy, and dry. The meatball slice had two meatballs worth of meat spread across this huge paper thin slice. These slices were not cheap and there is really not much to them. Very little sauce or cheese. We also got a 7 dollar slice of cheesecake which was Walmart grade at best. If you're looking for NYC style pizza, the large pies from The Post are as close as it gets around Louisville currently.

Dude! As a person who has had the privilege to each New York style pizza in the Burros of New York, I can say with absolute certainty this pizza is fire! The service was wonderful, the gentleman who we ordered with took the time to explain the various pizzas and toppings available. We never felt rushed and we reviewed the menu and asked questions. You may go in an order a slice - I noted cheese, pepperoni, sausage and Margarita available for individual slice purchase. We ordered a Supreme pizza (all vegetables) and added meatballs. Let me tell you about this pizza!!! The crust was so delicious! There was a slight sweetness to the crust which actually complimented the sauce, cheese and toppings. Our smaller human (my niece) never eats the crust and she ate all of the crust of her cheese pizza slice. The pizza sauce had this slight tang that I really enjoyed and it also had a slight creaminess which I loved. The cheese was fresh as were the toppings! The pizza is true to its New York name and is totally foldable. I ended up ordering a Chardonnay and it perfectly complimented the pizza, Tonda ordered one old the beers on tap (there were three; however, I don’t remember the names). The ambience was great. There are about 5 tables/booths and also outdoor seating. We chose to eat inside and had no problems hearing each other. I strongly recommend you taking a chance on the restaurant, it is absolutely fantastic! From this point moving forward, this will be my go to pizza place in...

This is hands down the best pizza in Louisville. Michael ran he front of the house. He was very friendly and chatted with us about the place. Native louisvilluan but spent a lot of time in NY. The chef is a native New Yorker and pizza is in his blood.

Quality, Quality,Quality!! Pizzas were done perfectly. The ingredients we 5 star. I grew up outside of New Haven CT, lived in NYC and Long Island. My grandparents immigrated to America from Sicily. So I know Italian food, espically great tasting quality pizza. It is definitely a New York crust. Perfect thickness and dough stricter. I tried 4 different flavors of pizzas. The white sauce slice was out of this world. The sweet italian sausage slice was the best I ever tasted. The texture and flavor of the sausage was perfect. The meat lovers slice you could actually taste each of the meats. And my favorite the Margherita was spot on.

If your in Louisville you definitely have...

I never write reviews and often give small business benefit of doubt. I don't know what is going on here, but like others, service was terrible and owner not very friendly. I came in to pick up a pizza. Granted, I. Did not pre-order. I had two 11 year old boys to feed. He said one would be out of oven shortly. I waited half hour. Then he said he could reimburse me. I said I would just wait now. Another half hour and he proceeded to serve people who came in after me and then argue with me about it and offer me my money back. Needless to say, I took my money back. I found him very rude. I popped into a pizza place called Danny Mac and they offered me complimentary soda to wait! I was very dissapointed in owner of New York Pizza Company. His pizza is good but not good enough to put up with that. Just glad I found a new...
