Being in a strip mall.. We weren't entirely sure how this would go.. Pulling up, we were a little nervous lol. We get inside, the sign says "please wait to be seated" so we stand there waiting a few minutes (my friend holding her baby, I am 7.5 months pregnant). So I finally say "hello?" Nothing. I knock on the wall.. Another guest says "I think you have some customers over there." And we are finally greeted and seated. Us.. Being two young mommas in our mid-20s.. Get easily overlooked and skipped over. The server didn't ask if we wanted an appetizer.. We did. And after our lunch, she didn't ask if we wanted dessert.. We did not, but she asked both to the table of older people, that sat behind us. We were obviously done for a little bit, she even cleared our plates.. But yet.. We still sat there without our bills, for a few minutes.. While other tables, that were sat after us, and finished eating after us, got their bills before us. We finally received our bills, put our cards in, and patiently waited for her to collect them... She still collected payment from another table, that received their bill after us, before she came back to our table. Now.. I know we are young, and mothers... But we both have worked in food service, all of our lives, and both tip very generously.. But do not appreciate that kind of service. I don't care how old someone is, it was rude.. Now... As for the food... I had a very tasty strawberry lemonade to drink (my friend had sprite lol) and we shared some spinach dip, as our appetizer. It was delicious!! My friend's child absolutely went berserk for it! She probably ate over half the bowl! 😂 for our main course, I got the spinach ravioli, and she got the fettuccine Alfredo. Both were so yummy and delicious!! We loved everything about the meal, itself. Definitely not disappointed! As for the service... It was lacking, for us. Which is why I took...

My wife and I have been to this restaurant many times. The food is always good. The service varies. Tonight, our service was less then excellent. The caprese that I ordered was as hard as apples. I politely returned the dish stating what my issue with the food was. It should have never been served by the cook. After I told the waitress my problem I expected a visit from a manager, or hostess. No such visit. Then our server laid the cheque on us charging us for the dish led me to believe that our server never reported the issue. To top it off, the server circles the gratuity suggestion. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but a tip is earned. It is not just customary. It is customary to give your server a tip for good service. No matter where I go or what I order, I begin with 7 dollars for the server. When the server doesn't bring my napkins after I ask for them, I subtract a dollar. If my Iced Tea goes empty too long (depending on the volume of customers of course) I subtract a dollar, and so forth. Well, this evening I subtracted the cost of the Caprese from the server's tip. Maybe I should've made a fuss, but this evening's meal was a Valentine's dinner with my wife. No fuss no muss! My review? The food is good for the price, but the service is...

My family and I love this place! We try to make a trip out there atleast once a week BUT this trip was a BUST! we had a server by the name Melissa aka Giggles. Got our drinks and when brought to table was told due to earlier shift, tea wasn't sweet. She giggled. Gave my family their drinks with NO STRAWS even though they were in her hand explaining the tea wasn't sweet. She giggled. Had to wait on that. When ordering she got half the order and didn't write the other half down. Waited forever on the half that she didn't get (ordered 3 personal pizzas and a salad) then when 2 pizzas were brought to table she lied and said they dropped third pizza and had to make a new one. She giggled. There was no noise to indicate a plate dropped, she was trying to cover up that she didn't write the half of the order. When salad came, ranch was spilt all over the side of the plate not enough ranch to cover salad and because she messed up I was going to be charged extra if she were to bring another cup of ranch. She giggled. Which I wanted another cup of ranch for my pizza and I told her 3 times as she came to grab stuff off the table. Never once got it but she had the nerve to charge us for it. She giggled. We love this place but this was by far...

Over $70 worth of food ruined by poor handling and preparation. We ordered 2 pescatoris, one with extra shrimp and pasta and a large lime margarita and on our way home the containers were not closed all the way and the sauces leaked out of the container and into the bag. It was upsetting because we barely had any sauces with our noodles which we paid over $20 each entree for. Not to mention our large lime margarita was leaking everywhere as well because there was a tiny hole on the side of the paper cup of which we didn't realize til we got home. Also they didn't even bother to label which pescatori entree had more shrimp and pasta.. it's an extra $7 for that, so the least they could do would be to label it on top of the container for us. My sister told me that they looked like that they were in a hurry to go home since she got there at 8:30 and they were about to close at 9. If this is how they care about customers when they are about to leave it's definitely something they need to reevaluate because we paid good money to this establishment and we only expect good service in return.

Tuscany Italian Restaurant is dediny a hidden gem nestled in the corner of a shopping center, a true culinary delight. Upon entering, we were the only customers, but the staff immediately greeted us with warm smiles and seated us. Though we initially considered takeout, we're so glad we chose to dine in. The food was absolutely divine! I ordered the Baked Catalina Florentine with grilled chicken, and the flavors were simply mouth-watering. The ricotta cheese, possibly made in-house, melted in my mouth, delivering a creamy, buttery, and incredibly savory experience. You could taste a subtle hint of garlic, and the spinach was perfectly balanced, never overpowering. They also provided delicious bread, and I can't forget the sweet tea - it was absolutely perfect! This charming spot also strikes me as a very romantic place for a date night. Tuscany Italian Restaurant offers a memorable dining experience with incredible food and a welcoming atmosphere.

All these reviews have to be fake.or no one the south of Louisville knows how to eat. I guess I should look at the bright side, I ate light. I was hungry. I just ran 3 miles with a backpack. And I couldn't finish the appetizer. The pizza was half raw dough. My stomach still hurts. It was barely warm. The noodles we're not finished in the sauce, the noodles we're undercooked. The only thing that wasn't bad was the bottled beer. I never got the water I asked for and it was overpriced as hell. The bread sticks even sucked. They needed cooked longer too. Are they trying to save energy? The poor girl waiting us was working hard and she needed help. She had way too many tables for just her. She also should have took our food back when we barely touched it.
