Wendy's — Restaurant in Louisville

me and my husband was at this restaurant, and everything was going good, until we went to the drink machine and noticed the machine was out of hi-c fruit punch which is what i wanted, so i go to the front counter and say i would like a hi-c fruit punch, and was informed that they was out of front hi-c, i was like i which i was told y'all was out of hi-c, the female employee working the cash register, got into a attitude and said he's not gonna wanna what you want, and i responded i had told him i wanted hi-c fruit punch, then she said to want fanta and i said i can't have nothing acidic or anything with caffeine, she offered sweet tea, so i said sure I'll take a sweet tea, i don't wanna come back to this establishment, because of attitude, don't take your attitude out on me, because no one was working the fry station and a employee wanted to go home, she needs to work her and customer service and learn how to work under high stressed situation, clearly she needs not to work in the customer service industry if she is gonna have attitude like that over not being told what they had to drink, it's very unprofessional and makes people not wanna come back to your restaurant

the male employee who took our order was very nice, communicative and even bought our food out to us when we sitting waiting on my food to be cooked, i loved his service, thank you to the employee who took our order loved your customer service

to the female employee or manager im not for sure if you a manager, your attitude was uncalled for, your response to me was very unprofessional, you need to improve on your customer service, you need to learn how to work high stressful situations, you cant go off on us customers, plus i was very polite to you, but you gave me attitude over something i wasnt informed about, you know as a fast food restaurant, your employees are supposed to let people know when something is unavailable, if someone was diabetic, you could put them at risk, you can put someone life at risk like that, PLEASE AVOID THIS FAST FOOD RESTAURANT, MANAGER improve your customer service and learn how to work in high stresed situations, or you will continue to...

Went to Wendy's on Taylor Blvd at around 4 pm sun for a 4 item order. On one hamburger I requested no cheese and proceeded to wait. After 2 attempts and 25 minutes my 3rd burger came out with cheese . This is the 3rd worst visit I have ever had in this store . This store needs to have a whole new staff they were very rude and slow. And what looked to me to be on something or drinking. Laughing at every mistake they made and telling me they didn't need my business. Two other people were from drive thru complaining. It was a total night mare. The lobby was a mess and food all over floor. We're are the people who are supposed to look over these idiots. Someone is going to get sick or worse in this location I will be contacting the health department and higher up management today. The manager there was the rudest person I've encountered in some time. Talking like a thug and making fun of how long it took to get my order. I asked her to throw a peice of garage away and she told me to do it myself. Wow...is that how you talk to costumer's?? IV had to throw away all my food 2 times because it was cold and nasty. I know I'm venting but I'll never get my money back or my time so I hope someone addresses this horrible place.and from what I'm told I'm not the only one in the area. This Wendys is dirty. There's mold in the ketchup pump that u can see and smell. All the windows are smeared or streaked in some sort of fashion, ither with fingerprints or bad cleaning job, or runs of water. Nobody working was wearing hair nets or gloves. There we're dead flies in bin where the ketchup cups were supposed to be at. When we asked for ketchup packets they told us they only had 2 in the whole store and they weren't even Heinz, liked they're supposed to be. Trash in parking lot. Homeless people loitering in and around property. When I order my food worker rolled her eyes like really. The whole eating area chairs, table, floor was dirty af. Homeless people could go in, demand a cup and get free coke to drink. We couldn't get the coke machine to work for us so we asked employee if she could get our drinks in drive thru she brought them back to us with no lids. It took an extremely long time for us to get a simple order. The salt and pepper bins had the oldest packets known to man. I'm pregnant and needed to use the restroom but I didn't bc I just didn't want to even see what kind of mess the woman's restroom could have been in. Especially if ketchup pump has white hair mold in it, and that smell when I tried to pump some out!
