Would never ever recommend this Subway. I stopped in last night and watched three teenage employees heckle an older customer. When he would complain about something, they would laugh. They told him they were kids and he was weird. Two people in front of me left while I was in there. When he told them he would tell the manager, one girl told him nothing would happen to them because they needed her too much. I turned around and left. I heard one of them say “peace. Bye”. I know these are teenagers but if this is their customer service, I don’t trust cleanliness or anything else about this store. There are other locations so just stay clear...

Ordered online, with Door Dash to deliver. Door Dash texted me to say the cookies were out. I texted back... and got no answer, because the order was cancelled by Subway. So, my order which consisted of a sandwich, a soda, and some cookies for kids to snack on was cancelled all the way? I called the store 3 times. They hung up on me once and then just let it ring out the other two times. Then took the phone off the hook. I was calling to see if I could substitute some other cookies, or even the little applesauce pouches and would pay the difference.

No issues online, paid and my order was going to be ready within 15 minutes. When I arrived to pick up, 3 minutes past time it was supposed to be ready, I find out they haven't even started on my order. They wait on EVERYONE in line before starting my order. I am then told that they are out of meatballs (one of the sandwiches I ordered). At this point, I just want to cancel the order and go somewhere else.
