Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Louisville

Usually have excellent service. Not this time! Placed order at drive thru. Told to pull into waiting lane. Waited 2 hours for order to come out. We called inside to see what the problem was. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait for the brownies we ordered.. We called back again after about an hour had passed, still no food! We were told it was being worked on however. Finally we spoke to the Manager. They had switched shifts so he was totally unaware of what had happened. He was both shocked and very upset and apologetic about what had happened. The previous shift did not forward the info and the crew that was working on the order didn't let him know either.. The Manager was very understanding about the situation and kept apologizing for what had happened. He also could not believe we had placed the order thru the drive thru and had not received anything. He was very kind however and made good on our order by not charging us and immediately having someone bring our order out to us. Thank you so much to the...

My boss ordered us lunch today for my birthday. Unfortunately, Doordash delivered it & we were missing a whole salad and my cheesecake bites (around $18 worth of food). Of course when I called the restaurant, the fast response of "you'll have to call Doordash, we're not responsible" was the answer I received. So I reached out to Doordash, I was told there would be a credit back to my bosses card. Well I should've waited before calling them because my cheesecake bites weren't in the bag either. So now we have an employee with NO lunch, while myself and the office manager had cold food and NO dessert. I'll never order from this location again OR use Doordash services. The most disheartening thing about this whole experience is I do Doordash deliveries from time to time & I'm quite embarrassed to be associated with the company as of today!! Zero stars. I was in that drive thru for a total of an hour. The first time through they completely ignored half my order and took 20 minutes even though there was only myself and one other car. I realized they'd shorted me, turned back into the drive thru, there were more cars this time, and one of them contained a woman who chose to taste rest every single thing she ordered and get a refund on at least half of them. Instead of having her come inside or pull into a parking place the workers had her sit in the drive thru for this forty minute process. Upon finally getting the rest of my order I returned home to learn they'd given me an extremely hot dipping sauce instead of the standard sauces so now my meal is still wrong. Not worth my evening or money. Never wasting either with them again. I've had good experiences but this is by no means the only bad one. There is no excuse for this level...
