El Taco Loco — Restaurant in Louisville

Ordered online for pick up. Cashier didn't understand English and left got home was missing the main entree. Called them they said they were closing I said I understand but I paid for food I did not get. Can I come get it tomorrow? She said NO! Asked her if they were just going to keep my money and not give me my food? She said NO?? We will see if they make it right and I may change my review. This type customer service is trash and why so many customers get irate with fast food and dining experiences.. I too am.in the service industry. I find when I think like a customer I'm more understanding of their issues and better equipped to give a more positive resolution. I order from this restaurant about twice a week. I get the brisket birrea tacos with a side of rice. The only thing I would recommend is they give more limes with that order, I even called and got the restaurant on the phone and asked them to make sure and put them in the bag and I also put special instructions on the order twice now and still no extra limes. Today the food was mediocre. The tacos were dry. The rice was extremely dry and the sour cream was watery. The beans were really too runny, but sadly that’s usual. I am honestly not trying to give a bad review about this place because I absolutely love the brisket birrea tacos from this store specifically. I ordered 3 different times at the same visit and didn't like any of it... Yes I paid for all of it!!! My complaint is the the menu does not match the food it stated "breaded" fried pork chops.. I got two extra this pork chops from the frier no Breading with really runny refried beans. Second order. "Breaded" hot wings I got naked wings with the gas station hots sauce on it .. Third order.. Malinessa was just ok once I uncovered it from more runny refried beans . Just paid 40+ dollars and ask for a Togo plate I won't be back and I do not recommend this place. I give only one star The...
