Panchitos Ice Cream — Restaurant in Louisville

This has been a place my family frequent regularly. This evening there was a group of eight of us. We enjoyed our ice cream outside and time with family. My daughter accidentally left her purse and when we called to ask if they had it, we were abruptly hung up on. I showed back up to check and see if they have the purse and they said no. There was another customer in the parking lot that asked if we were looking for a little purse. We told her yes, and she informed us that she had indeed turned it in. Thank goodness she was there or we would not have gotten the purse back. She went back inside and demanded they give my daughter back her purse. We had talked to everyone working prior to speaking to the lady and everyone said that they didn’t have the purse. It’s very unfortunate because we will never be back. I refuse to give my business to a place that has dishonest workers that were going to keep my 16 year-old...

I really love the place ice cream could be better but still it’s good , one of your employees doesn’t like making mini pancakes and seems uncomfortable when she talks in Spanish like she doesn’t wanna make it lol gets irritated, I guess You can tell , I wanna feel welcomed , and not smile one of them do smile and does a good job but the other one complains too much , you need a third person who also speaks English very important, your business is a great idea we don’t have places like this in Louisville, I recommend this place 100% and I will still go everything takes time and I know you just started not...
