Dunkin' — Restaurant in Loveland

Terrible customer service. Every time I run through the drive thru they make me seem like such an inconvenience. Im sorry for making you do your job. Today, for example, my girlfriend and I went through the drive thru. I ordered my coffee and was immediately cut off by the lady on the microphone who told me my total. I explained that there were two of us. So I ordered my girlfriends coffee. She responds with “are we done yet?” So I reply no, and order our food. So I get to the window, she says NOTHING. Not my total, nothing. Just reached her arm out to grab my card. How kind. Next, she holds my coffee out the window as I put my card back into my wallet and she makes a snarky comment; “you’re gonna have to reach out here so I don’t fall out of this window.” I took it as a joke and I really hope it was. Now the best part. The hash browns weren’t even cooked all of the way. They were soggy and light yellow in color. The inside of them was cold. The rest of the food was good, though. Anyway, I think I’m getting carried away. Please everybody, take the extra 5-10 minutes and drive to the one on mason Montgomery rd. I don’t expect anybody to reach out, however I do expect changes to be made. I have always been a regular customer at this location because it’s so close to home and it’s on the way to work.. Scammers. I’ve had the same drink order for 5 years not just 5 years but every day for 5 years. My usual Dunkin all know be by name... it’s never been $8.06 so when I pulled up I knew something was wrong. They didn’t give me a receipt I had to ask for it. I assumed they made an honest mistake so I pointed out to them they charged me for two large fountain drinks. After politely discussing it with 3 employees their explanation was because I ordered two espresso shots over ice they had to charge me for two large cups of ice. No explanation of why they charged me for two I didn’t ask for two cups of ice or large cups simply two espresso shots over ice. I never received my two fountain drinks I was charged for.

My charge for an ice water was $0.00. But because I asked for iced espresso it was the cost of 2x fountain drinks.

Dishonest, deplorable people.

My initial review from 8/25 was removed with who knows how many others!! * Ordered through the mobile app when I was pulling in. Got to the window and the worker was very nice but I tasted the coffee (cold brew with brown sugar syrup and pumpkin cold foam) and it tasted like water. The cold foam had no flavor and neither did the coffee. I pulled back around and asked if I could just have a refund because I didn’t want it and the manager or owner (not sure) interrupted me talking to the worker. He was super rude and saying “this is what you ordered and I said I know but it has no flavor (which she repeated “she is saying it’s not good”). He kept pointing at it and saying he was not giving me a refund and tried to force me to order something else (which clearly I didn’t want).
