Hub Cafe by Fresh Plate — Restaurant in Loveland

Horribly understaffed and the worst customer service I've had in a restaurant in a long time. Arrived 11:30am placed an order after 30 min asked server behind bar if they could check on our two sandwiches, she replied they're being made right now, at 45 min asked again, still no food. This time she ignored checking with kitchen. Meanwhile food for other tables arrived to people with very little wait. At an hour went to kitchen door, only ONE person working in there, she asked again what we ordered, I explain and she says it will come right out. It doesn't and I ask server behind bar, is there a manager on site? A young women comes out and says somehow printer got unplugged and our order was missed, asked again what we ordered and I explained we'd asked 3 times of the girl behind the bar to check on it... So who was lying, or lazy or both? Most ridiculous yet was the order still wasn't made even then after an hour and 20 min wait. Took a refund and went to Culver's for great customer service and food. This hub is a great concept but won't be in business long if this is how they do business and...

They stole my money, essentially thieves, they are too busy with the new customers coming in the door that they are unable to complete a previous order. So, you will simply sit there in perpetuity, if you mention it they say, "give me one second" and then go back to helping new customers. I waited more than 20 minutes for a drink and a small single item entree that I never received. I had to leave for work, and with the staff's inability to keep up with 1 new customer every 5-10 minutes, the customer cannot access the single person that was perpetually too busy to help.

I would recommend you avoid this place unless you enjoy being charged for things you never receive.
