Customer service has been good for the most part. Went in and bought a ring from them to surprise my lady with the lady I delt with was great. After her having it about 3 weeks she lost a diamond out of the ring. No big deal since I got the warranty. Took the ring in and dropped it off after work. The next morning my lady decided ring was a bit tight on her finger and ask me to call and have them bump up the size 1/4. I call and spoke to a lady and she said she would leave a note for the jeweler that way it would get done. a week later get a call saying the ring was done and ready to pick up. Went to pick up the ring and they said they got the diamond replaced. I asked about the resizing since they didn't mention it and the lady I spoke with never left a note for the jeweler. So once again drop the ring off with them. This time I get a call two days later that the ring it done and ready for pickup. Im like great so fast and great service. I pick up the ring take a quick look at it but it's in the box so don't see the bottom of the ring. My lady puts the ring on and wears it for about 3 days and notices it doesn't feel right but she isn't to worried about it thinking it's her finger. On the 4th day she looks and once again another diamond is missing and when we look at the ring we notice the shank is bent out of place badly from where there jeweler stretched the ring to get the 1/4 resize. Took the ring back in once again and showed them the issues with the bent shank the missing stone and area where he stretched the ring thin on the shank. No problem they sent the ring to an outside jeweler in another state. Up to this point every one has been wonderful. I get a message about 2 weeks later which is today July 25th the ring is ready. I call to verify that it is at the store. Since they sent it out just wanted to make sure before getting there. We go to get the ring and great the bent shank has been fixed. I go out to the car and show my lady since she has better eyes. She shows me the issue with the area they stretched the ring at is still there and the bottom of the ring is way thinner then it was before. I go back inside and speak to a lady I've never delt with before besides today when I picked up the ring. I show her what we see and she has the nerve to say well that's going to get flat like that. I asked her what do you mean. She said the bottom of the ring would get flat from wearing it. I said I understand that but that issue was caused from when your jeweler stretched it. She really seemed to be upset that I was bringing back in the ring because it wasn't fixed like it should have been and that the flat spot wasn't caused by us. Since at this point in Time my lady has only had it on her finger just over a month. The ring has spent more time getting repaired then my lady has been able to wear it. Customer service have been great beside this one gal. Once I have a name of her I will update it here. As far as repair services or resizing I'd say your best to take it elsewhere. I came to them after a somewhat bad experience with another jeweler and I had low expectations. From talking to Sara and Holly on the phone, to going and looking at the ring, to picking it up, they couldn’t have been more helpful in every step of the process. Coming from a guy I can tell you they took my jumbled thoughts of what I wanted her ring to look like and made it come to life. I am not one to hop on and post about people doing a job well done but when people like holly and Sarah make dreams come true, you tell people about it. If you have any inclination that you want to get her a ring gentleman or any jewelry for that fact, I encourage you to call these people and tell them your thoughts. They didn’t just sell me a ring they helped me create the perfect gift. There is no reason to settle for a jeweler just looking to take your money when you can go to holly and Sarah and have an amazing experience. To this company and to these people I thank you and I hope from a regular guy like me, people come to you and have their expectations exceeded like mine were! Thank you!

Read moreThis review is not a reflection of this helzberg specifically but a way to share my experience in hopes for people higher up to notice as the experience I’ve had is truly frustrating.
I went in to this Helzberg on February 15. I fell in love with a birthstone ring and wanted to get it personalized. I tried to put in all of the information into the website and got an error code. The store also tried to help me and they also kept getting the same error code. The people who helped me in the store were awesome and this isn’t their fault.
The next day, I tried placing the order again and talked to 3 different people through the customer service chat and was told this would be fixed by the end of the next day.
The next day came around and still nothing so I decided to call the customer service line. I talked to someone for around 30 minutes to an hour. I talked them through my entire order and they also got the same error code. I was still told I would be contacted back with a fix.
The next day I chatted with someone again on the chat and they told me they would honor the 15% off and give me free expedited shipping. They said this would be resolved in two business days.
Well it is now March 2. I contacted them again on February 28 and still no help. I was told a manager would call me that night. No one called. This is absolutely ridiculous.
I’ve asked multiple times to talk to someone higher up. I’ve been told “special orders” would contact me. This is crazy for a larger jewelry company. I’ve spent hours trying to get this ring now and not one person has been helpful.
