QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Loveland

I stopped in to this location at around 9:45pm today (11/14/24), I know that’s late to be getting food but I’m a college student and had been working on homework but it was still over an hour before close so I didn’t think it would be much of a bother. There were 3 employees there, they had some friends sitting in the lobby working on homework I think- which is totally cool with me, I worked at jobs like this and it’s great to see employees having a good time at work. But what wasn’t cool with me was the absolutely mean mugs I got for coming in from the folks working. They barely said anything to me, looked pissed that I was there interrupting their conversations, and made me feel totally uncomfortable. Only one of the three employees even smiled at me, the one who checked me out, and the other two glared and mumbled at me when they were taking my order. One, the one who was doing the salsa station and rolling before check out, even looked up to her friends halfway through wrapping up my order and was smiling and laughing with them but only gave me annoyed looks. I don’t know, I got out of there quickly, I felt really awkward, unwelcome, and unwanted which sucks because normally Qdoba employees are so friendly! I tried looking for a managers number for this location so I didn’t have to post a public review but couldn’t find any, and I sure as heck don’t want to go back and ask for the...

I rate this 4 stars because I just feel like I need to leave room in case I ever happen to come across something better... I just want a five star review to mean something. But I love Qdoba and my experience here was great. Guy messed up my order because I mumbled “Green Salsa”. He heard cream salsa and put on their smoky, creamy, mild sauce. Let me just say... that stuff is pretty good, and this guy who served me was awesome the whole way through. Dude was energetic, real nice guy... I feel bad for him... I hope that didn’t ruin his day. I used to work at Qdoba and messing up an order would always ruin me for at least a few minutes... if not the whole day. Anyway he also gave me a free drink... or tried to anyway... but I had already paid for a drink... eh... no matter. It’s the thought that counts... he had great customer service and I just kinda made it tough for him today. But I would definitely recommend this particular Qdoba (and also any Qdoba) especially when this guy is on shift. You will start feeling the awesomeness once you start ordering. Looks like he loves his job. Not recommended for people who are: Karens Easily offended Jerks Or idiots.

I received a text from Qdoba saying that after 10:30 am on Saturdays and Sundays you could create your own burrito with beef, chicken or pork and get a drink for $8.99. I went in to this particular store and showed them the text. They said they didn't know anything about it and asked the manager on duty who was anything but friendly. She told me that she didn't know anything and to check my app. I did and it didn't show up so I asked if they would honor the text message. She said she didn't know what to tell me as she didn't know anything about it. If we had not been so hungry, we would have walked out. The "manager" on duty was rude, never smiled and spoke so softly you could barely hear her. I ordered chips a queso and the chips were very stale, the coke in the fountain was out and my food was cold. The "manager" did not offer any kind of compensation for the text that she refused to honor. I have been a GM of a restaurant and know that thia kind of service is absolutely unacceptable. I will NOT be returning to this specific store and perhaps none of them in this area as the service we received was less than stellar! I was there at 4:20...
