Starbucks — Restaurant in Loveland

Last night I ordered a latte and on the way there I had to turn around and take my dog to the emergency vet because they got stung by a scorpion. Today I went to go pick up a coffee and I wanted to apologize because I don’t like wasting peoples time and so I said that I was sorry for having someone make coffee that was never picked up. They were very sympathetic and they gave me a free coffee. Furthermore, every time I’ve gone here, the coffee is always been hot and good. Why have the the staff on lunch breaks at 9:20 in the morning? There's no one working at 9:00 in the morning? Who is running this store? Do you have any idea how much money just walked away from this location? That was a really stupid move on your part.. The other location is on a street torn up by construction. You guys suck man..

Edit-tried to go back at 10:00 and the line is insane. No coffee today.. I hope that huge line stresses you all out and makes your day awful. You did that...

Friendly staff that produce well-crafted drinks. The barista was so sweet when I stopped by after grabbing a few essentials at King Soopers, and my drink has never looked nor tasted so delightful! This particular employee made a FANTASTIC iced apple macchiato while simultaneously making my day!
