For the money spent here on a sandwich, fries, and salad I could have bought full dinner & drinks for four at a fast food restaurant and had ten times the quality & service. The $8.00 Chicken Salad came in a pint sized takeout container and had literally a handful of lettuce with a few slices of chicken breast. The order was missing dressing even though one was selected in the app and clearly listed on the receipt. The fries were disgusting, and for $2.25 it was about as much as you'd get from a fast food value menu. They were very squishy and there was grease pooled in the bottom of the container. I ordered The Works sandwich, the bread was falling apart I ended up eating the meat with a fork. The app I ordered through had the option to pick the cheese and add additional toppings - I changed the cheese to Swiss and added pickles. There were a few slices of pickles on one side of the sandwich, but no cheese at all. I called the delivery app first because it was their info on the receipt, they said they would be in touch after getting a hold of a manager to discuss. They called back about an hour later, the app customer service rep was very nice and even apologized for the delay, but he said they had a hard time tracking someone down. The manager refused to do anything about the complaints and the app company escalated the issue to their 2nd level customer service team. Customer service from the app I ordered through has been fantastic, but I am so disappointed with the quality of food from this restaurant and the managements response. Read moreOne of the worse experiences eating out in my life. We've been to the Fort Collins restaurant many times and it's always great, so we assumed this location would be the same. It's nothing like the other location. First, the lady taking our order was one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with as a customer. She never smiled, never thanked us, never said or did anything remotely polite. It took her 35 MINUTES to take our order (in person). We had to repeat ourselves every single detail of the order so many times. She was very slow and constantly kept ringing up wrong items even after we repeatedly tried to correct it. She even walked away RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF US ORDERING! we told her we weren't done and she seemed so confused. I've never seen someone who was working so obviously high on God knows what drug. And on top of that, she was extremely snippy and rude. The only reason we didn't walk out was because we had family with us that we were taking out and we were embarrassed and didn't want to make them wait longer.
The restaurant itself was dirty with a funky rank smell coming from the kitchen. Food was awful and we didn't even finish. Worse mistake with food we've ever made. Horrible disgusting...

I made an online order and went to pick up the food. I walked in and apparently they didn't hear me. I was waiting at the register for about a minute when I overheard them talking. One of them said "hope they like soggy fries" and laughed. The other said "that's the best kind right" and laughed again. So I asked what they just said about the food. One went "oh" and then came to the register to ask how they can help me. So I asked again what they said about the fries. His response was "I didn't drop any fries sir. What's the name on the order?" I had said nothing about dropping any food but his response was that he didn't drop any. He continued to ask the name on the order and kept saying he didn't drop anything which isn't even what I heard them say I clearly heard "hope they like soggy fries".
