Dog Friendly with dogs allowed inside! For this reason, I love Grimm Brothers Brewhouse and will visit again and again as this is a great casual environment to visit with friends. So why isn't this a 5 star review? Their food. I think you might be ok with a pretzel and beercheese, or maybe their pizza, but some of their other offerings are simply not great. Their spätzle offerings are disgusting. My friend had as a side dish (his sandwich was great btw) and I had their Käsespätzle main course which is generally cheese, onion and the noodles, and at other restaurants, can be quite delicious. I don't think any onions were harmed in the making of the dish at Grimm Brothers, and although I had it topped with a Brat, I was glad to feed most of the brat to my dog as it was pretty flavorless too. I think it could have been OK if it was grilled, but it was just gray, boiled, and plain. After spending over $50 for 2 beers and our meals, we left most of the spätzle uneaten, and feeling a bit nauseated, sought better food elsewhere. Beers were of course delicious, the food was not. I hope they bring back the foodtrucks and close their kitchen. I'll still go, even if they don't, but I will be avoiding their spätzle and would suggest that you would, too. Yuck. But, they are one of the few places you can take your well behaved dog inside, so please add...
Read moreI had an amazing experience at Grimm Brothers Brewery in Loveland, CO! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere.
The beer was fantastic—I tried the West Coast IPA "Prince of Hops" and the Crow Hop Recess IPA, and both were exceptional. To make it even more special, the bartender added edible glitter to my beer, which was such a fun and unique touch!
We visited on Valentine’s Day, and they went the extra mile by offering chocolate-covered strawberries, which was such a nice surprise.
The food was just as incredible! I had the mac & cheese, fries, and pickle chips, and everything was delicious. The mac & cheese was creamy and flavorful, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the pickle chips had the ideal crunch with just the right amount of tang.
Even though I didn’t play, I loved that they had darts available and books for reading, adding to the cozy and inviting feel of the space. The area was spacious yet cozy, making it great for larger groups to get together while still being a perfect spot for a romantic night for two.
If you’re looking for a brewery with great beer, outstanding food, and top-notch service in a comfortable and welcoming space, Grimm Brothers Brewery is a must-visit. I’ll...

As a longtime Grimm fan the new location has lots of potential! The beers remain excellent with old favorites like Snow Drop, Master Thief, and Queen Bee as well as delicious new brews like The Shroud. Over a few visits I have been impressed with the food offerings and cocktails now on the menu.
As others have commented, I am hoping the location can develop more dog friendly spaces as the spring arrives because the campus has lots of space for outdoor fun.
Most importantly, I am hoping the staff can solve the consistency of hours and offerings. Some friends and I planned a birthday gathering here the other night and arrived around 6:30 PM. We ordered an appetizer thinking we’d have plenty of time for dinner later but once the full group arrived at 7:15 and we went to order food the staff told us the kitchen had already closed since it was less than an hour before they were closing. The staff had decided to close earlier than the posted 9 PM close. I understand closing early, but staff hadn’t let our 7-top know. It was disappointing to have not had the chance to do a kitchen last call. We ended up going elsewhere to finish the evening’s celebration.
Hoping to re-review on...
