Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Loveland

I arrived at the shop at 8:30 and there was a line, finally got to the counter to order it was 8:57 and they told us they wouldn’t be putting any toppings in our ice cream, because they close at 9.. and was not 9 yet, any other company serves the people that are already in the building. You can’t just not fully serve people that were in there well before closing what the company provides and is branded for. They could’ve given us a warning before I stood in line for a half hour for ice cream. It wasn’t even 9 yet and they wouldn’t put toppings in. Who goes to cold stone to just get plain ice cream. The team should’ve communicated ahead of time before I was at the counter. The staff just didn’t want to work and wanted to be done. There were four employees but only two were taking orders?? Apparently getting napkins off of tables is more important than getting orders out making money. There were at least 15 people behind us as well. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst cold...

Ice cream was ok. Honestly, it probably would have tasted better had the experience been better. We ordered about 25 or 30 dollars worth of ice cream at 8:05 pm on January 30th, 2023. The store hours says open until 9. We had been out celebrating my sons achievement awards and ended the night in this establishment. After ordering we went to sit in the restaurant well within the buisness hours and were asked not to sit at any table because they had already been cleaned and they didn't want to clean them again. An hour before close....so we were basically forced to either sit in our car or eat outside..mind u its 2 degrees outside so obviously we sat in our car which isnt something we enjoy doing especially with ice cream and children. Maybe im going overboard, but it seems to me that customer service doesn't exist at this location. And I'll unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere even though i love...

The service was great. However, we didn't go there for the service. The "I like it size" is definitely more than enough for 1 person. The waffle bowls were stale, the waffle cone covered with chocolate was not stale where it was covered w/ chocolate but the rest was stale. The ice-cream as far as flavor was nothing impressive. The pictures in the menu got us all excited but we were all let down with the "bland" flavor of the ice-cream. I got the mint chocolate chip and it barely tasted of mint. Our party of 5 tried all of each-others' ice cream and we were all disappointed. Only 1 in our party finished their bowl, the rest of us threw ours...
