Do NOT go to this subway location if you want customer service or even good customer service, they do NOT know the meaning of customer service and have no business being in business for customers! My first problem with this location was being over-charged in my checking account, I was charged twice, they swore it only went through once. My banking account showed it in there as charged twice. I called and called and called to try to get a refund. I went by and gave them my receipt and my checking account copy and was told someone would call me to issue a refund. No one ever did, i called to check up on it and was given their managers cell phone number. I left him message after message, no freaking call back! So I never saw my refund. I decided to keep going there to give them a 2nd chance, especially since this location is so close to my house. Today I walked in and behind me walked in an employee who the lady behind the counter said "YOUR LATE!" Apparently she was a whole one minute late..boohoo...what about greeting me?! You should never yell at staff in front of customers! Then my sandwiches are made and the girl decides to make the ONE lady behind me--her sandwich too BUT the lady asks a million questions so she comes back to me but continues making my sandiwch in a real big rush. I say a whole lot of this or that and get a small amount with her saying "what else, what else" as if she's in a real HUGE HURRY. How rude! Then the cashier tells me my change is sitting in the change maker thing but gives me no receipt! She just says ok thanks. People...I've been in customer service for YEARS. This is NOT customer service. I think this location's owner needs to know about the terrible service from this subway because the other subways have respect and customer service, actually any place would compared to these idiots!

Read moreI went in this morning 8:30 and was greeted with the most cheerful hello I felt right at home. The young lady told me she would be right there as she was in the process of doing something in the kitchen. I looked and decided what I would like and asked if the coupon would qualify for that sandwich and she emphatically said yes it would. So I made my order and as she was preparing to place it in the oven, she even asked if I would like the double cheese since the sandwich normally comes with it and I said yes please. She was such a lovely cheerful young lady. When the sandwich came out of the oven another young lady showed up and the first lady commented that she, the second young lady was early. That lady commented some cheerful in reply but I didn't catch it but I think that it was along the lines that it was no problem since she enjoyed being there. It was easy to see that these two young ladies are friends and work very well together😊 The first lady commented how I would like my sandwich prepared and that is exactly how the second lady prepared it. When she put the Southwestern sause on I asked for a little more and she commented sure no problem very cheerfully. I asked for my sandwich to be cut and wrapped separately and that is what she did for me. Then the first lady rang me up and asked for my coupon and thanked me for coming in. I made the comment that I appreciated the friendly service and told them that I could now write a very friendly comment for them since I had read the comments below and I told them that those comments were not very nice. There was a cowboy behind me and he even commented that this is the friendliest Subway in town. I didn't disagree with him but thought ok now I know that there are at least two friendly subways in town because the Subway over by FEDEX is also a super friendly subway, this one is just closer to my home is all. SO THE MANAGEMENT MUST HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEMS BELOW AND NOW THIS IS A GREAT SUBWAY TO GET YOUR SANDWHICH AT!!!! THANK YOU FOR...
Read moreAbsolutely disgusted! I walked in to get breakfast and was greeted by a friendly employee who was obviously there alone, well, except for a woman on a laptop sitting at a table. As he began making my sandwich which by the way they only had a choice of 2 breads. I began looking around appalled by how disgustingly filthy things were. The floor was filthy and sticky, there was a big clump of dried up sauce on the floor in the line. The sneeze guards were filthy with finger prints and smeared sauce dried up on them. As I looked through the filthy glass I saw brown, wilted lettuce. Yuck. Tables dirty, and drink station gross and sticky. I asked the young man behind the counter if they still had a manager. He said yes, and I asked whom the woman on the laptop was, he informed me that she was the district manager. I approached her and asked where the manger has been because this place is disgusting. She informed me that the manager has been on vacation and she was going to inform her about her staff. It is apparent by eating here for the past 10 years that the employees don't care. The fact that the employees left last night and left a filthy restaurant makes me think they probably aren't feeling appreciated or maybe are not allowed overtime to clean after hours. This store is chronically short staffed so cleaning is probably not the first priority. After today, I'm done going here. I was so grossed out by the place I came home and threw my sandwich in the trash. The district manager was obviously busy doing district manager stuff, but as a DM the first thing I would have done upon walking into this mess was at least clean up a bit.
