Starbucks is always great, Obviously! BUT, this is my Starbucks, in my hometown, and it makes me feel so lucky, because of the Baristas at this particular Starbucks! I visit different locations frequently when I’m not in Lowell, and none of the other locations Baristas match the energy of the Baristas at this Starbucks! These ladies and gentlemen are irreplaceable, and I would be so sad to lose any of them! The Baristas make this Starbucks the best one I have ever been to! Sometime I stopped in to grab coffee, even when I don’t want or need coffee just so I can stop in and say hi, because these people are just kind, caring, amazing, sweet, talented baristas! They make the absolute best drinks, My go to drinks are extra specialized, And they have all of my regular drinks and items memorized, Which makes it so convenient to not have to explain my order every time I go! I’m just so happy this is my Starbucks as the one in my town, The one that I visit on a daily basis, And my go to! It’s got to the point that most of the time if I’m not in Lowell, I will just wait until I get back into Lowell to get my Starbucks because the other locations just don’t compare! I love all of you guys there! Keep up the good work! Y’all are absolutely amazing human beings,...
Read moreFirst off the machines broke so our drinks took 12.4 seconds longer than usual for them to make them without their working coffee maker magigger. I was disturbed by the number 12.4 because on 12-4 of the previous year I had an uncomfortable conversation with a stranger that didn't brush her teeth. Our drinks tasted good. Highly offended I took my family outside in the cold to drink our coffee, tea and hot chocolate. After a few minutes I noticed that my drink got cold, but the "caution contents hot" warning didn't change with the temperature of my drink. This was disorienting. Every sip I prepared for scalding hot liquid to burn my tongue and instead got hot, the warm and eventually...

Because of this, an employee decided to lock the door so that other customers could not get in due to the high volume of orders that they were receiving. While trying to leave, I realized that I was locked in. This is extremely poor practice for an establishment for many reasons. First off, it's very unsafe to have customers locked in a space if a fire were to emerge. Second, with our current issues going on in our country, it's an extremely unsettling experience to be locked in a building with large masses of people. Third, this practice seems very illegal. I am very unhappy with my experience, and hope that the staff is more equipped to handle the high volume of customers...
