ABSOLUTELY abysmal. And I'm referring both to Sprint in general and this store in particular. The sales staff is either completely ignorant of their own product or the biggest liars in the world; it's gotta be one or the other. They sold me two new iPhones on the "unlimited" data plan, which, they assured me, DID include hot spot usage. Later, I found out the plan DID NOT include hot spot usage, rendering the change from Verizon utterly pointless.
The sales staff assured me that service was "spectacular" near my rural home. Spectacular turned out to be "lousy." No LTE at all and even the 3G is one bar at best. Streaming video on this plan in our location is a lesson in patience.
The Sprint store had "bought back" our previous devices -- nearly new iPhone 6Plus phones -- and when I called to cancel our service I was informed they had shipped those iPhones off to God knows where.
NOBODY in the store had any idea what to do about it, including the so-called manager. After about a half hour on the phone I learned they would "try" to get "devices similar to our old phones" shipped to the store and the manager would then call to arrange a time for us to come in and return our new devices for our previous phones.
I'm hoping that actually happens, but based on the service both locally, and the voice mail hell that is Sprint's inaccurately titled "customer support" line, I'm not hopeful it will work out. I never thought I could possibly miss Verizon, but here I am.
Just. The. Worst. Experience. Ever. Avoid this store and this company at all costs. Seriously, you're better off with two tin cans with a string tied...
Read moreWent to switch to T-Mobile. We were going to do 5 lines and internet. We spent over 4 hours there. Not only was the amount changed many times the person working with us left us every 10 or 20 min to go check something in the back when we were trying to set up. He was the only one there so we had no idea what he was doing. Then at first it was no money down then they said it would be like 200 and we were fine with that. Well after ok ing the 200 we kept on working to get account set up going through about 4 hours later he checks us out with the total of 700. We said well I am sorry that is not what we were told and he goes well good news you should be able to get it back but it would take a month and it is not guaranteed. So we said no thank you and left. Well today I got a bill from T-Mobile and they changed us 285. After calling corporate turns out the person helping didn’t cancel till the next day so we were charged for closing the account when we never even had one thankful the billing was amazing and they took care of it so we don’t owe anything. I have tried calling the store and no one would call me back or answer. So upset with them and do not recommend at all. Also in that time we were there he asked a guy to come back three times when all he needed was a setting fix and took 2 min and then made fun of them when they left. Shame on you Lowell T-Mobile I...

After 1/2 hr i was set to get bogo LG phones for $86 mt plus tax, after texing her manager & asking about my trade in phone Jamie told me "my phone qualified for the $200 trading" i was happy with this and so we proceeded to run my credit which got me the 2 phones needed so we were good. She told me with my $200 chedit i wouldn't have to pay anything today. So while she was putting in my information somehow my phone didn't quality anymore. and my bill would go up $10 and i would now have to pay $30 perline to get them turned on and there was going to be a $60 deposit. so if i wanted them today then i would have to pay $120 up front. I got angry because she was not completely up front about all this before running my credit.i was asked to leave the store because i was upset that...
