UPDATE: The owner Manny called me from his personal number to apologize for the issue I had here. I really appreciate him taking the time to call me and listen to what happened. He explained this was a misunderstanding, he spoke with his staff and this will not happen again. Customers should be able to get what they want in their food, as long as it’s a reasonable request. 5 stars for Manny being a great business owner 🌟 thank you for your time.

I have ordered from here countless times over the years. My parents actually used to come here when I was a kid and always get a large sub for us to split (since it’s so big).

However tonight while ordering over the phone I was speaking with a woman who hardly knew English. I ordered my sub the same way I always do with cheese on half. When all of a sudden a woman with an attitude grabbed the phone and said “HELLO?!?” And told me they don’t put cheese on only half the sub…. Umm what? I’ve ordered this so many times exactly this way and all of a sudden they want me to purchase 2 small subs as opposed to the large with half cheese? I didn’t realize a business could dictate how I order my food I or what I order on my sub. This will most likely be my last visit here. Then top it off…. They didn’t even add lettuce and tomato as I had requested. There’s so many other places to order...

I’m from Ashland, MA, and one of my friends (Pushpa) suggested I try Brando’s Pizza. I decided to go with the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo calzone,and wow—it was absolutely amazing! 🍕🔥

I enjoyed it so much that I came back just a week later for the same pizza, and it was just as perfect the second time. Even though it takes me 45 minutes to drive here from my home, it’s completely worth it. Honestly, this pizza is far better than what I get near my house.

On top of the great food, the owners are fantastic people—so welcoming and friendly. Mani Bhai and the whole family make you feel right at home every time you visit. ❤️

The food, the atmosphere, and the people make Brando’s truly special. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious...

Went here for lunch for my break while they were making my food behind counter some guy came in an out his dog right on top of counter an the lady that was there blond with tattoos stared feeding the dog ham while other lady Indian I think was making my sandwich underneath the dog on other side of counter totally gross an unsanitary if they do that in front of customers what do they do when there I. The back an no one is around I wonder if they drop the burger an pick it up put it back on bun never again will I ever eat there nor do I recommend anyone to do so funny thing was they looked at me like I was wrong for not...
