New management has this place going downhill. the last few time I went there since new management, they've raised the already very expensive prices, i've been treated with disrespect for trying to order exactly what I need because they didn't have half of it anymore, and I guess that is my fault. "take what we have at this price or go find it somewhere else" attitude from the new owner. This used to be a very friendly place, not sure im coming...

I do not recommend this establishment to anyone. Yesterday, January 18, 2024, I went to buy two pounds of rump. While the butcher cut and weighed the meat I picked up other items. I paid and left. At home, when I went to prepare the meat, I realized that the butcher made a mistake and probably weighed the breast end. the cut was even in line with the grain and not against the grain. I called to talk to him and the guy still came up with cheap excuses and at no point did he tell me that he would make amends in any way even though I had said at the beginning of the conversation. Não recomendo este estabelecimento a ninguém.

Ontem, dia 18 de janeiro de 2024, fui comprar um quilo de alcatra. Enquanto o açougueiro cortava e pesava a carne, peguei outros itens. Paguei e fui embora. Em casa, quando fui preparar a carne, percebi que o açougueiro errou e provavelmente pesou a ponta do peito. o corte estava alinhado com a fibra e não contra a fibra. Liguei para falar com ele e o cara ainda deu desculpas baratas e em nenhum momento ele me disse que iria fazer emendas de alguma forma mesmo eu tendo dito no início da conversa que não queria o dinheiro voltar. Não voltarei lá novamente. that I didn't want the money back. I won't go back...

Very poor customer service and NO CARE WHATSOEVER of covid-19 regulation. No social distance, the owner was not wearing a mask or gloves and refused to put them on to serve me. When I said I wouldn't want anything unless he put on some gloves at least, he then ordered me to leave the store aggressively and was being belligerent the entire time... awful experience wont be...
