Fancy Nails Professional Nail Care — Local services in Lowell

Today was my second time there and I absolutely love how my nails came out both times that I’ve been there! My go to nail tech is Sina. She has such great customer service as well as creativity with designing my nails as well as helping me with choosing the color that I want or am looking for. She is very polite and professional in all aspects of the nail service I’ve received. From the moment I am on the phone with the employees there to book my appointment , to walking in and getting my nails done until I leave I feel that they are very professional and kind and I always leave very happy and satisfied with how my nails had turned out and not feel like Sina had rushed her work. She made sure my nails are exactly how I want it. Not to mention the prices are reasonable. I really would recommend this place to everyone I know that wants to get their nails done and make sure they book with Sina because her work ethic is amazing! This place told me that I was not welcome in their establishment anymore, because I make them uncomfortable. I was not given any warning about any of my behaviors, neither was I pulled to the side, but I was told this in front of other staffs and clients. They said that I am too picky which I agree with, but i have never made any comments in a bad way. I have never raised my voice or spoken to any of the staff in a rude way, and I always tip. During my last visit I told the lady doing my nails to push the polish closer to the cuticle because that’s how I like it, but for me to be disrespected like that is uncalled for. I kept telling the lady that her choice of words were wrong, and that i wasn’t trying to argue, if she doesn’t want me in her place of work I will not come in. As a black woman the last thing I ever want to do hear is that I make someone uncomfortable. No matter what the issue was I should have been pulled aside or told off on private. I was literally moved to tears, this is my own experience, and I hope that you guys can use it make your own judgements...

I have been coming here since they opened and they are honestly the only nail salon I go to and trust to do my nails and they take extra precaution with this pandemic which makes me feel comfortable enough to keep coming back. Ana is the one that always does my nails and I always get compliments on them once I leave the salon. She knows what I like and how I want them and if I leave and something isn’t right about them all I do is call and go back and either she or one of the others will fix it. If either of them is doing ur nails and u find that something isn’t right speak up they will fix them to how u want them... their work is a reflection of them the moment we leave their salon.
