Unfortunately my first time going there was pretty lame, all 4 workers were unfriendly, seemed unknowledgeable of items and when I asked for creamer they didn’t have it. Ok. They had milk in the fridge, coffee wasn’t hot anymore, perhaps they were so busy that they didn’t have time to make new coffee, hum! In a bakery coffee wasn’t prioritized. Then I accepted cold milk, the worker offered to warm up my coffee on the MICROWAVE. Argh!! I was astounded with the offer. I said no and accepted cold milk, it was terrible I asked to warm up the milk then, because in Brazilian bakeries, milk is also served boiled hot, they were out it was out there all day. The worker warmed up in the microwave for a little bit and asked me if it was ok the few seconds that she did it. I had to say yes because she is the one behind the counter who is supposed to know what they are selling. It was still cold, but I had to move one I wasn’t going to get fresh coffee. Lastly I couldn’t drink that old coffee by the time I went to pay I gave it back and told them that it was old and wasn’t charged and was offered fresh coffee that they had made.
