The cashier would not provide his name which is extremely unprofessional. All I heard was music very loud in the background and I could barely hear him answering my question on where my food was and when it was going to be provided to me it is 10:18 Wednesday September 16th and whoever is working at this time absolutely does not conduct himself as a professional employee of dominoes. I don't appreciate the disrespect that was given to me and it has been well over the time but they provided that I would expect my delivery this worker would not tell me who the manager is would not provide his name and I will make sure I call the headquarters of Domino's of this facility because this is disgusting the way they provided customer service. Being a professional of customer service I do not appreciate the disrespect and the way I was treated at all tonight I'm a single mother of four children that are very hungry. I at least should be able to know why and when especially when my name and card information has been taken disgusting...
Read moreHands down the worst customer service I ever received in my entire life…. The guy could not find my address despite the fact it turns out I actually did give him the correct one. I called manager or who was in “duty” of delivery and its like the guy was stuck on repeat , simply repeating “its uber eats fault call uber eats” not understanding a thing I said. I then went on to ask him how he does not know which one of his employees went to deliver to a university and he said he knows so I said can i please be transfered to call him so I can explain where I am at? To which he says “my driver doesnt speak english” sincere apologies but whos fault is that? Overall No help provided by manager even though it was not uber eats fault because the driver chose to deliver without using uber eats app on his own therefore location was blocked, and the manager knew where the driver was just simply chose to not fix the solution because he didn’t speak english or was to lazy…. Got 25$ stolen by DOMINOS . Never coming here again...
Read moreOrdered a small Hawaiian for take out. The employee who answered the phone assumed that I wanted their specialty Honolulu Hawaiian, and never asked. So when I got there it rang in as almost $15. I asked why the "price was so high", and they said "it's a specialty pizza" I even said ham and pineapple is specialty? My pizza comes out (after waiting in the store for 25 minutes) with all kinds of toppings on it. Then I got a little bit of an attitude for asking for my money back, because I didn't have enough time to wait another 30 minutes. I then called Chelmsford St. And ordered a small Hawaiian. I was treated much better, and they even informed me that a large would be cheaper. I then asked what would be on my pizza and was told "ham and pineapple unless you want the specialty Honolulu Hawaiian". 1 star for this store, 5 stars for Chelmsford St. Well worth the 10 min drive...
