Dunkin donuts coffee is normal nice perfect usually.. nobody perfect...but Starbucks who's claim lately is they are the ultisimo example of great American corporate management...etc...essay too much coffee they be drinking...smoking maybe I dunno but starbucks shows stupidity of people to pay more for less cause they can't be using filters cause u can't get a worse strong coffee J's u can't then drive home cause ya gotta make a bathroom break in traffic waiting and waiting and wondering why one had been so stupid...once twice they at the bookstore in Framingham so u have no choice but to drink their very strong coffee even when u try to explain to kid to give me whatever approaches a Dunkin donuts style coffee ...then when I said I didn't want to go over to the ebola table cause I want at least a sanitary drink...kid can't has to get manager chick to see if ok...meanwhile they shipped up coffee and cream in concocted stupid blender for others waiting ...well nobody was at time so eventually he put the cream in for me....see starbucks with all their glory egocentricity takes hold...until McDonald's ya that one subcontracted with I think Newman's or Vermont coffee company u could never get a drink of coffee in morning at a McDonald's anywhere for longest time and why they did that sounds odd but was needed and done and system working still fine and notice unlike McDonald's coca systems whereby often u are handed an empty cup with which to go fill drink at a soda station as stuff so cheap they really don't care how much u drink cause it's expensive for u but almost free to them ..the sugar water game...so when tje kid hands u ya cup oh way too often is it almost policy for McDonald's to not have the kid understand he just put his dirty fingers inside of what where will be your sugar water all eager for energy to five to new bacteria they got mixed with and not just water it's carbonated so really mixes up the blend of sugar water and germs...so starry eyed la cofe nustra maybe be subcontracted out to McDonald's but prefer Dunkin donuts continue to just take over cause oh those guys so normal and not special like us starbucks secret society is stupid people who think the more u pay for something the better it must be...starbucks drinkers u have been tricked...admit and submit your nasty tasting coffee so unlike Dunkin donuts it's pathetic..Dunkin a plus compared to starbucks...

Had worst service imaginable today!! Considering never visiting another dunkin ever again after today. The absolute worst experience I ever had.
I placed order for drive through at location. Was told to wait and I was fine with that. 20 minutes pass so I finally go inside after being told my order doesn't exist.
3 employees working. 1 was a madman. He was absolutely raging and screaming in the restaurant about everything. I was ignored after initial response. No communication between the parties obviously. Awful communication and awful employee conduct.
I paid around $10 for my order and want a refund because it was never made or collected. It was never made. It was never given to me and I wasn't staying another 20 minutes at this toxic location.
He was the worst employee a franchise could have. Im a business owner and would never treat a customer like he treated me. I left without my order. As a veteran of the United States Navy with severe PTSD, I hate confrontation so I decided to stay calm, cool, and collected. I didn't want to enrage him further.

So that's probably what caused the long wait. Anyways I ordered a dozen glazed munchkins and I received chocolate glazed at the window so I inform the worker and she says to me " bro I repeated to you chocolate glazed, I even repeated it to you and you agreed ugh " with so much attitude. First of all I did not say chocolate and you did not repeat it to me, second of all, why are you talking to me like this? I'm a customer here and I felt demeaned. And while I'm being snapped at, there's an older lady that seems to be the manager as she was talking to others with authority and she didn't even say anything as she watched this worker talk to me like this. Furthermore, I'm at the drive through window and workers are swearing at each other, talking to each other with no respect, I had my young kids in the back seat and had to tell them to not listen as they did hear the swears. By the time I left it was over 15 minutes later. I did not receive any explanation, apology or anything for this outrageous and long experience, Will never ever return to this location and hoping this review will help others to stay away and to visit any other location other than this one. TO MANAGEMENT, PLEASE FIX THIS LOCATION AND WORK ON YOUR EMPLOYEES ON...
