Service Here Sucks!

Waited about 15 mins in line to refill my mug. Then when I suggest to open a second "express" register the employees lash out at me, calling me "privileged" and" not special". They tell me to take my problems up with the manager. How unreasonable is it to want to get coffee quickly that is already made and waiting for refills!

Not to mention they were all out of regular blend and the hazelnut tasted like ASS!

Terrible service and coffee.

About a year ago I wrote a review regarding the rudeness of staff but have since had the complete opposite experience with different (I think new) staff members. Haven't seen the rude ones in a long time so I don't think they work there anymore. The current staff couldn't be nicer, even when they're getting slammed with customers. I missed breakfast this morning, so I decided to support the bagel shop at UML instead of going to Dunkin Donuts like I normally would. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel. It was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had. What I like was how there was more than just a few sprinkles of bacon.
