They have made a lot of improvements to the outside of the building. It looks really nice. The front entrance has been updated as well as an outdoor seating area. The menu has been updated, with a few additions. Their are a few new employees, but most of the employees have been there for quite a while. One area that has really changed is their hours. Check their website for updated ones. The food is fresh, the food is good, and with good portions. The inside hasn't had any big improvements to the seating areas, so don't expect anything top end. It's always been a mom & pops kind of eatery. People tend to come in, eat, and leave in short order!

Down home Country Cooking. Family Dining Restaurant. My partner and I stopped on the way to HollandMichigan. Fast service. Friendly employees. I had Bisquits & Gravy, My partner had a breakfast special. Very similar to Judy's Restaurant in Ostego Michigan

Upon arrival, I was instructed to "sit anywhere you want to". No good morning, smile or anything else. Ordered a fruit & pecan waffle for breakfast, to find the waffles are PRE packaged. When I took my first bite, I found the strawberry "sauce" was so sweet, I couldn't eat it. I was left with blueberries and pecans. About midway through, I kept crunching on something - almost like it was glass. So, I bit into just one pecan thinking they were candied but they weren't. Then I started seeing white chunks in the waffle. When I finally got the waitresses attention (she never did come back to see if everything was OK) I explained what had happened with the waffles and that the strawberry sauce was way too sweet. Her response was "Oh, those are sugar crystals. That's how they come and everyone complains the strawberry sauce is too sweet." And y'all didn't reduce the sugar? You're a restaurant! WHY are you not making your own waffles? Of all the restaurants I've had waffles in, I have NEVER been served prepackaged waffles. They were always freshly made at the restaurant. I will...

So, we came in about 1150. We were told that they closed at 1 as soon as we got in. After 5 minutes sitting, someone came and said my server was going to be at our table soon. Finally after 15 minutes, we almost left when someone came to take our order. Food came out pretty quick. Coffee was burnt tasting and my toast was pretty charred. My omelet was good. My friend got a couple waffles topped with strawberries, blueberries and pecans. That was awesome until both of us took a bite that had a pretty huge chunk of sugar that broke one of my teeth and chipped one of her's. So we had to be very careful with the rest of the meal. Honestly, I didn't even bother to complain because a cook brought our food out and kind of dropped food in front of us and left. Out server came over about 5 minutes later, and when I asked for some hot sauce, it was like I asked for her first born or something. After 1235, we never saw her again and didn't even get refills on our coffees or waters. We were afraid that if we complained about something, we'd get our...

Basically the only restaurant serving breakfast in town and seems to be taking advantage of there customers. They now cut a full slice of ham in half and you now get 1 slice of bread and the price doesn't come down. I'll visit with friends for now on and eat my breakfast at home and drink only water while I'm there. The own was telling a friend how much he makes off breakfast alone enough to pay there help, gas, electric and anything after that was 100% profit ( rip off restaurant) if your looking for a real meal it's at Margos in Greenville excellent food and service. The same Country fried steak breakfast at Keisers is $4 cheaper at Margos and the taste is way better than Keisers. The Halfway restaurant on M-57 west of Greenville again excellent service and food. C&Rs in Lake Odessa excellent food and service. We just had breakfast at Halfway on 57 west of Greenville what a amazing breakfast and you can get home made bread or regular breakfast 2 slices.... 3-23-23.. 5 guy's were there and all were...
