McDonald's — Restaurant in Lowell

Bald guy with half sleeve tattoo on his right arm was very rude. Ordered breakfast, asked for two orders in drive thru since doors were locked yesterday. I assumed it would be lock today. Nobody was in drive thru either and he said we couldn’t do two order even though I had told him we did it the day before. He said well we’re not doing that today and the lobby was open. When I came inside and order he interrupted my order even though he wasn’t up front taking my order, saying I couldn’t park somewhere but it wasn’t even my car and than his friend walked in &’ he was like oh girl don’t do it again and started laughing. The girl who took my order was nice, but someone should teach the guy to have more professional customer service manners. I’m a regular as well and the people are usually super nice in the morning but I don’t know about today.

Update- gave them another chance! And of course they disappoint. Why is it the lobby is open every other day. Should add on application that you need common sense to work here. Told the lady at drive thru number 6 meal with a water. I only got a McGriddle no water or hash brown. She charged me twice and it wasn’t even for the meal ! The meal is $6 got charged $4 and than $3 she said she was refunding the meal. I asked for a receipt and she said she didn’t have one. So what did I get charged for ? Also they took the McGriddle back in the window which is a health code violation esp. during corona virus. Will be calling corporate and health inspector for August 25,2020. 3/22/22 around 4-5pm. Today I went through the drive through and ordered my food. There was only My car and another car on my right side that had already ordered. They were were before me. I got a few simple items. I ordered a 20 piece nuggets and the girl repeated back to me " a plain cheese burger? " And i said no 20 piece. She said it a few more times and i raised my voice a little more cause I'm thinking maybe I'm talking to soft. I'm talking very clear and she just kept repeating the wrong items back to me. I don't know how you get a plain cheese burger off of me saying " 20 piece chicken nuggets ". She messed up my order. She didn't give me the fries i asked for. She added another drink when i only asked for one. This isn't the first time that this has happened to me at the same location. It's the same girl who did this before. I don't know if she's fooling around while taking my order inside the store or trying to be funny with me, but it isn't funny when you keep messing up my order. I am a fellow McDonalds employee from another branch so I kinda know how things should be in the work place. First off when I pulled up to the drive through, I waited at the screen in lane 2 for about 4 minutes as they continued to take all of the orders in lane1. So I drove around and went into lane 1 to order. Then when I got to the window after paying to get my phone the lady hurriedly pushed the bag into my hands which was also open so I had to make sure nothing fellow out as it was thrown at me. Then when I actually opened the bag, the McChicken I ordered was most likely passed the throw out time because it tasted pretty nasty, also mind you the sand which was squished. I also order a McDouble no pickle which had pickle on it. And then when getting to the mozzerella sticks, they were far from fresh. They were cold and definitely had been sitting in the grill for an over extended period of time. I understand how sometimes there are mess ups in the workplace but I think it is more laziness and unprofessionalism in this case.
