SUPPA'S PIZZA & SUBS — Restaurant in Lowell

There may be many sub and pizza places but there's a reason I prefer this place. Ok several. First, the menu. I'll let it speak for itself, it's like no other. It's got the usual sure, but then there's the most amazing options- go check out out, that's all I'll say. You'll be shocked. Ok I'll add one thing, there's even some Indian cuisine options- yes! Only a couple, but the ones you can't live without. But why I really love? Is how much the owners care. Anything that can or may go wrong, the owners make sure your so happy because they love their customers. It's a couple owned place, tho you wouldn't know it by the menu. By things going wrong by the way, in all the times I've used them were drivers. They are dependant on college kids because of location for this, and we know no drivers stay long anywhere. So once, they had no drivers. I was given a free larger order of poppers when I'd asked for a small for my trouble of picking up my order (i live close, so now, i saved a tip, and got more poppers? Amazing!). It was just him and his wife on a Friday in the restaurant that night- sheesh. How awesome! This place, I'll keep coming for a long as I'm in the area. Btw, nothing so far is bad on the menu, may I recommend the taco pizza?...

We almost went to Eggroll for a quick lunch but decided to try Suppa's Pizza & Subs instead, and I am so glad we did!! Oh my goodness I was absolutely shocked by the food here. One friend ordered the gluten free pizza and said it was absolutely delicious! The pizza was ready in about 10 minutes, which was not too long of a wait. My other friend ordered the buffalo fingers with fries, which she described as perfectly cripsy and that the buffalo fingers were tender. The serving size was very generous! We shared the fries between the three of us and did not even finish them.

I myself ordered the chicken tikka massala dinner and wow wow wow. I was so nervous to order this dish from a place with such a wide variety on their menu. However, it was so good! The serving again was very generous and only half the price of the same dish at the indian restaurants I frequent. It was a medium heat level, the perfect amount of spice in my opinion. The sauce was so savory and flavorful, I really could not believe it.

The workers there were also so kind. They gave us a free 2L of soda with our order. We had already opened it when the workers realized they didnt have cups. They were so gracious and offered for us to each get our own bottle of soda. They really went...

Very poor customer service. Absolutely disgusted with the women who’s taking orders over the phone, very unprofessional. They constantly have a high turn over rate there and I’ve had enough with the constant rudeness every time. The guy who came to deliver our food today was scared because my dogs were sitting at the window. He wouldn’t even come to the door. We kept telling him that our dogs are very friendly and he kept insisting not coming to the door when all they were doing was looking out the window. They didn’t even bark. Then we get a phone call from the business saying the driver complained and told us to lock our dogs up when we need to order a delivery. I am no longer ordering from them as they discriminated against my dogs who did absolutely nothing. We called and asked for the tip to be removed and the women wouldn’t even give us her name. Not even sure if we are getting out tip back. Highly disappointed with this place.
