I'd like to throw a little love Moe's way. I've actually been coming to Moe's for about 30 years and have seen it grow little by little over the years. I've only recently been coming here for the food because of the loss of Grandpas Growler.

First let's understand what Moe's is - because I'm not sure all the negative reviews are entirely fair. Moe's is a locally owned bar…that serves food. It's kinda a dive bar, not fancy - it's basic. It's small with maybe a dozen or so tables. Moe's is a local working-mans pub - that’s not to say that you're not welcome here - because I see people of every demographic here all the time.

We come here for dinner on Saturdays often- and it can be PACKED. Families with kids - people of all kinds…all waiting for tables. We love to come here and people watch, have a few beers - some decent food and support a local business.

As others have said the food can be a little inconsistent as we have found - it's always good, but sometimes depending on who is on, it is better. The service is almost always harried - it's crazy, I don’t know how many times I have been here when there is one waitress running the whole place. You need to be patient…it’s a bar - have a drink and relax. People are friendly here - the food is generally good, and its inexpensive.

I have been watching Moe's for some time and they are trying to improve steadily - they have added a nice deck - there is no smoking inside, and they have recently upgraded their menu. The wings here are seriously good, I get them plain with sauce on the side and they are huge and crispy - the fries are fresh cut! - They really do have some good food on their new menu and we are happy to come here. We often get wings and the sandwiches which are always really good and fresh - I can't comment on the pizzas.

We are losing places like this at an alarming rate - the entire west shore area, I can only think of a scant few local owned working-man's bars…dives if you want to call them. They are gone. I don’t think they will be coming back anytime soon. We need to support them - they represent a slice of our culture. Moe's is a place that is trying - they are not a nuisance to the community, they keep their hours and operation respectful. Yea it’s a little rough around the edges - bit I think that is part...

I will start by saying based on reviews for Moe’s Bar & Grill, I decided to stop for lunch while traveling through the Mechanicsburg area. I walked in at high-noon, including myself, there were only 4 paying customers plus one inattentive bartender.

I placed an order for a dozen boned in wings, and took 65-minutes to make their way from the kitchen to the bar top. Like I stated earlier, 1 of 4 customers in the joint (three were only having liquid lunch) so not like the kitchen was overrun with orders. The wings were flavorful but somewhat undercooked and several “drums” were still pink inside, so off to the side they went. I did, however, enjoy 7 of 12 wings.

Guess the emphasis on this local establishment is "BAR" and not really a ‘GRILL’ ....... Wings were okay and definitely not worth the extended wait time or the expectation based on other glowing reviews. Maybe the key is to pound a few beers and then you really won’t mind waiting or whether the wings are actually cooked. Unfortunately I was drinking soda since I have to get back out on...

I have been to Moes a few times and always had great service. Tonight, they were no busier than usual. I ordered a bucket of wings at around 5:15. Around 5:50 I asked about the wings to ensure they got put into the system. The bartender, somewhat rudely, stated that yeah we are at about an 18 minute per order. No clue what that means. Then, we see him walk to the computer to see if the wings were indeed put into the system. They were not, because we all watched him put the order in, right then. He then appears to go to the kitchen, come back, and tells me they would be ten more minutes. Not even admitting they messed up. 20 minutes later, my wings sbowed up. There was no dipping sauce or anything. I then asked for a ranch dressing, which I was charged another 1.50 for. So, it took over an hour to get wings and not even a sorry or admitting they screwed up. If they had just said they somehow forgot to put it in, this review would not be happening. Integrity! You...

This was my first time at Moe’s, though driven by and noticed the full parking lot. We decided to try the Cajun wings, WOW delicious! We added fries to the order which came cold and wasn’t as impressive. The wings did take a while, but my husband and I enjoyed some libations. We will be back for wings, convincing myself to try other flavors will be a challenge because the Cajun were that good (it has the consistency of a dry rub and full of flavor). Definitely a local hang as everyone seemed to know the bar tender. Update 2/25/23 Cajun still is my favorite. Thai Chili is a sauced wing with great flavor. Tried the Honey BBQ, which wasn’t a flavor I would order again. Honey BBQ was very tomatoish!

This experience was absolutely horrible. The server was the only thing that saved our visit. She was doing her best, but several things worked my nerves. 1) There was no lettuce on my wife's BLT sandwich. None. 2) My Buffalo chicken wrap was the size of a soft taco, and I asked for Hot Garlic sauce. It tasted like Italian dressing. 3) The fries were charbroil tasting. I think they haven't changed the grease in weeks. I couldn't even eat them. I order a $10 chicken wrap, and got a soft taco worth of food. The prices on the menu look good because you get a Weight Watcher sized meal ... that isn't right, and taste like garbage. Do I seem mad?

Tonight my boyfriend and I ordered from here for the first time. We each ordered a dozen of boneless wings and an order of steak fries. We ordered the honey bbq and cajun wings. The flavor of the wings was good but as you can see in the pictures, some of them were tiny. I had 2 that didnt even have chicken in them and they werent extras. There were 12 of each kind even though many were small. In my opinion, they shouldnt have even counted those as wings. We paid $14.00 for each dozen of boneless wings. It was an extra $2.00 if you wanted celery and blue cheese. The steak fries were good.
