This was my first and last visit to this McDonald's. I placed an online order. When I got there, I pulled in the ONE spot they have designated for mobile orders. I checked in at 3:36. The app said 5 minutes. 16 minutes later I still did not have my food. I called. The first time it went to voicemail. The second time a man answered. He said he would check on it. I was told they were still cooking my chicken. I finally get my food about 24 minutes after having checked in. The young lady walked up to my car and handed me my food. She didn't say anything to me, not hello, not how are you, not sorry for the wait, not thank you, nothing. It was weird and awkward because I was very pleasant and had greeted her. She seemed as if she was checked out. Her body was present but not her mind. Right away I noticed my tea was missing. I told the person that and she said she would go get it. When she came back, again she didn't say one word to me, she just handed me my tea. As she is walking away I called out to her and told her my fries were missing. She asked me if anything else was missing. I told her I wasn't sure but that I would keep checking while she was gone. Nothing else was missing. When she came back with my fries, she said five medium fries and walked away. She didn't say sorry, thank you, she didn't make sure all of my ordered items were received. The fries were old and cold like they had been sitting there for say 24 minutes. My sandwich had a big torn piece off the top of the bun and they forgot to put ketchup on it as I had requested. I never got angry while I was there, not even when I called. The man on the phone was not apologetic either. What upset me was her robotic attitude and how she didn't speak to me when she gave me my food. I don't know if she was silent because she thought I might be an angry customer for the long wait or what but I spoke to her and she still remained silent. Ugh. I will keep going to Natrona Heights where they know how to greet a customer, apologize for a long wait (not that I've ever had to wait long there) and treat you with kindness oh and my order is...
Read moreBy far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to and the worst customer service I’ve received anywhere. My wife and I had made an order for breakfast sandwiches and had browns through the app and the order had went through it was paid for etc. and when we got to the store there was no check in button to have our order brought out so we went it to get help where the manager on shift didn’t even hesitate to help, didn’t look at anything all we said was the app isn’t showing our order or anything and she immediately said to reorder (it was $25 so a total of $50 for both) and she wouldn’t refund our other order. She then tried saying it never went to their store it likely went to another one where we confirmed the store number was correct after that we proceed to stand there for roughly an hour and a half thinking someone was getting help just to find out nothing was being done and then they announced that breakfast would end in 20 mins so we ordered online again. Not long after this I saw the manager deny service to 3-4 customers why? Because they had new people in today like what does that matter you still have 20 minutes of breakfast to do I use to work at McDonald’s as well and it’s not that hard just to take the order and make it. So finally after and hour and a half we get our second order, never saw the first one, and instead of what we ordered we got 4 more hash browns than we ordered and were charged for each one will never go here again unless it’s to make a large order that makes no sense just to annoy...

2 6 piece kids chicken nuggets happy meals with the juice box. Requested additional fries instead of the apple slices and BBQ sauce A #1 large sized with a coke The 10 nugget meal large sized with a coke 2 double cheeseburgers with just ketchup and cheese on the burgers
Here is what I received when I got home... 1 6 piece chicken nugget meal 1 4 piece chicken nugget meal Both with apple slices and no additional fries. Received 1...1! ranch cup instead of BBQ. The #1 large with a coke. The 10 piece nugget meal large with a coke The 2 double cheeseburgers with the onions and pickle on them which was requested to be removed
The girl at window 1 was personable and nice. The guy at window 2 was quiet and not personable. Also, they filled one bag up with all the food that wasn't the happy meals leaving no room to close the bag up and keep some heat in. Wendy's at least gives you multiple bags when you order mutliple value meals.
I have worked in the food service industry before as well as retail and I know that correctly fulfilling an order is not hard.
