Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lower Burrell

I called to order delivery. A pizza shop that is 1/3 of a mole from this place delivers to me on the regular. First I talked to a lady who couldn't tell me if they delivered to me. Next she put me on with a guy who couldn't give me a solid answer. So o offered to meet them at the end of where they do deliver to. The most common place (for safety reasons for the driver and myself) was to meet in front of a local tavern that was at most 1/2 mile from their delivery line. They made it like I was asking them to stop world poverty! Then told me if it was a $500-$600 order they'd being it to me, but nothing small! The bad part is I didn't even order. He just assumed I had a small order. I was actually hosting a large meeting for close to 60 people. Needless to say it wasn't going to be a personal pan pizza and a 2 liter. Being a large chain, and the attitude of your employees. It's clear how you feel about your customers. I went ahead and placed my order with a local mom & pop shop where they appreciate any business regardless if your buying 22...

Our server Elaine was nothing short of excellent! She was so pleasant, was very quick and always made sure we had everything we needed. She made our trip very memorable (we are staying at a hotel close by for a business trip). My daughter (she is four) saw they had a claw machine for a bouncy ball but we didn’t have cash on us play, Elaine overhead my daughter’s disappointment and came over and gave her a dollar to play! My daughter was so excited to win a ball for herself and her sister. I can’t thank her enough for making my daughter so happy and you can see she genuinely care for her customers, you don’t see that often nowadays. It used to be nice. A pizza restaurant that was a step above all the other pizza joints. One that had some class. Now it's just an empty restaurant that can't even do small orders correctly. The app and online service have constant problems. In the past when having problems they were taken care of quickly and professionally. Now it's worse then a local pizza joint. They are rude. They will screw up your order and then yell at you when you ask why it isn't correct. They lie and not even well. The lies often disprove each other. And when you call out the discrepancies they become belligerent. I live close and have been going to them for years. I like to stand by local business. But it's become so toxic I...
