ALDI — Local services in New Kensington

Left an liquid and glass Jenn and walked away with just sign. Because I stepped on big piece of glass. I confronted her and she gave me dirty look. As I was in line another associate said thanks for cleaning it up jenn I made comment to her cause she said it with a smart as mouth and after that she gave me dirty looks. So I ask and spoke to a manager only to find out jenn is the manager I spoke to first about the mess clean up that first gave me the dirty looks, so I told her again about her dirty looks and the other associates looks and I said it bad customer service. She said OK I ll talk to her I wanna know know who's gonna talk to the manager jenn? I work retail very bad customer service thus store needs to get rid of a few employees and get some new ones, including managers. So sad because these employees make 15 and above and can give customers dirty looks. Somethings needs to be done about this store...

It's much better than it used to be. Unfortunately, I don't like the fact that they have people registers, but no one is running them. All that is open are self checkouts. They have employees standing at the registers folding paper bags and pointing people to the self check outs. I feel bad for the elderly. I myself don't mind the self check out cause I only buy a few things. Aldi is a hard enough place to shop as it is. Stuff goes in the cart, out of the cart onto the registers, back in the cart, back out to bag everything and don't forget the loading of the car than returning the rented cart. I will continue to mainly shop at Walmart. It's nearly the same price and it's alot less work. Using Walmart+...

For the sz of this store, you'd really really automatically think the store itself would be a little bigger inside...its big but not as big as it looks from the outside. They seem to do an awesome job in trying to keep the outside as clean as the inside. Which being a person who helps rescue birds (and other wildlife at some points in time) truly appreciate. Good selection on cookies (mainly why I stop in). They have cookies nobody else's is getting in& obviously the price is great. Keep up the outdoor cleanliness! Your sorta putting all your competition to shame...
