Wawa — Restaurant in Lower Gwynedd Township

I understand this is a smaller less stocked Wawa and I can overlook a lot of those issues being a smaller Wawa. What I can’t overlook is how dirty this Wawa is and how unprofessional these people are. Waiting for food to be made and the employees are constantly talking about inappropriate things, complete lack of awareness with customers in the store. My order was wrong tonight, not just like forgetting a simple item in the sandwich but the entire thing was wrong and didn’t realize it until I got home and set my kids up with their food. I ordered a cheeseburger (pretty simple in my opinion) but when I opened my food, it was just cheese fries. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened because of the employees too involved in their conversations to ensure a customer gets the correct order. I’m sick and tired of this Wawa and will NOT be back to this location. The Wawa on 309 is much cleaner, employees are nicer and I have never gotten the wrong order. I’ve been coming to this Wawa for about 15 years now.. the staff is always friendly & outgoing. Alex is awesome, Sean is the best!! He & a few other employees are the reason I still come to this wawa even though theres another one closer to my house. I will say lately I’ve been noticing Seans the only person making food behind the counter at night. I understand staffing can be tough or not having as much staff at night because it is slower but there were 2 other employees in the store. The person at the register was sitting on his phone… & the other was no joke outside eating a pretzel leaned up against the trash can as if his coworker wasn’t weeded. I felt so bad for Sean with a line of 7 people, me included, waiting for quite literally over 25 minutes. Its not the employees fault they were moving as fast as they could. I’m thankful the other customers were patient with him but maybe cross train people or hire people with better team work? I wasn’t upset about waiting more so leaving this review for Seans sake because...
