super nice dude, staff was also super friendly and warm, felt like family

everything was very fresh and very delicious

took home left overs and vic insisted i put them in fridge, great advice actually tasted much better a few hours later after it was chilled

lost a star only because im super picky about having a very high end atmosphere definately do not let that deter you

almost got 5 stars because the prices were such a fantastic value

ask for wood chopsticks, also soy sauce is too strong but I sipped it from dipping plate when I was done eating and I recommed trying it that way

Pretty good. The service was efficient but not very personable. It was borderline uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was great. The rolls were well made and delicious. Everything was fresh, not "fishy" at all. The building is a little small so when a family of five came in it got a little loud another pair didn't help either as they too were very loud. Some of the rolls were well priced and others were very pricey. Another personal problem I had was that the vast majority of the rolls contain avocado. I understand that it's a common ingredient but maybe three of the twenty or so specialty rolls didn't contain avocado so I felt very limited in that regard. Not sure I'll make this my regular place...

I've never dined-in with Vic sushi in Ambler, but I order takeout from them about 1-2x per month. They're absolutely fantastic! They're every bit as good as the one on Sansom St. in Philly. They commonly substitute (at my request) belly-cuts for the regular cuts that I order, and sometimes they don't even up-charge for those. They're quick with to-go orders / friendly / there's (in my lunch & dinner to-go experiences) always more than one person who can ring me up... so I'm almost never waiting, even if the counter-person is on the phone taking an order. Everyone is friendly & greets you when you walk in... I can't say enough nice...
