When you’re traveling around, and if you decide to get Dunkin’ Donuts I would go to another establishment. It would be worth your while to go another five minutes to another location. Personally, I would travel half way around the world to avoid this despicable place. They as a franchise are a dime a dozen, and the inept staff in this location has the power to bring down the whole corporation.
First off we had a staff member who was too eager to share her sarcastic comments. She was incompetent as they come, and I assume she was an acting manager. Then there was the one “new staff member” who decided it was great to spend over twenty minutes to spread cream cheese on two toasted bagels. In case you missed it, it took TWENTY MINUTES to toast two BAGELS. Meanwhile, he enjoyed snacking on his egg sandwich while he ate with one hand, and then moved at a snails pace to complete just our order. Completely disregard the fact that he was shoving his face with food, and then he proceeded to touch my order of two bagels. A little gross? I think so.
Furthermore, after waiting fifteen minutes we got one bagel not two. Also, for your own information I was timing it on my watch. After checking the bag to see only one bagel not two like we ordered. We informed the acting so-called manager. Also, a couple, who arrived well after us decided to announce they ordered only one of the same type of bagel, and they wanted our half of the order. This was since we ordered two bagels, and our order was not fully ready. I do not know if they believed their time was more important than ours, if their understanding of how a line works is so convoluted that they could not understand the situation, or some other reason that they decided it was rightfully their bagel. Maybe they were as sick of waiting as us, but they obviously lacked any social skills. We told them no, and our other bagel was coming. The irritating/incompetent cashier( presumably a manager) who took our order originally then took it upon herself to offer the first half of the order we received to the couple. The couple gladly snatched up the bag, and RAN out of the store. Mind you, we had been waiting already fifteen minutes for this order of two TOASTED BAGELS. We were to say the least irritated at this obvious display of ignorance, incompetence, uselessness, and overall lack of an understanding of how a LINE WORKS. She, the acting manager, then decided to help the new employee who was still munching away on his sandwich, and ended up burning the next batch of bagels that were previously toasting, or rather roasting.
Moreover, I can not even begin to wrap my head around the ineptitude to complete simple tasks at a, Dunkin’ Donuts, of all places. The displeasure of visiting this location was beyond belief, and we had visited this location before. This was purely an experience/story of a life time, and if I had any warning to give to, you the possible patron reading my review, it is to save your time and money.
Good luck, and I genuinely hope you find a better establishment then this chaotic disarray of what one might call this, dare I say, a place that maybe...
Read moreI placed a mobile order at this location this morning. I walked in and there are no "Mobile Order" hanging signs, so I wait in line (reason I used mobile order was to AVOID waiting in line). As I'm waiting, they experience a power outage. Its finally my turn and I tell them I am picking up a mobile order. The woman working the register was SO rude. She yells at me that mobile orders "are over there", like I'm supposed to know, without any signage. I walk over and there's nothing there. The workers are now trying to find out what happened (mobile receipts were apparently not printing any text so they didn't know they were getting them). The woman working the register asked me to place the order again, but because of their power outage, the website was not letting me. The line is out the door by now and the woman at the register is talking to me but I can't hear her. I walked over and apologized "I'm sorry, what was that?" She raised her voice and restated what she said in the most rude, belittling and child-like manner. I simply could not hear her because of how loud it was. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a DD employee. I expressed my irritation with how she spoke with me in front of a packed Dunkin Donuts, as it was uncalled for and not appropriate. Luckily, another worker recognized what was going on and came to the rescue. She asked what I had ordered and quickly made it (although she forgot the pumpkin, which was the WHOLE REASON why I went there this morning). Why do rude people get and maintain customer service jobs?! Extremely dissatisfied with my DD experience this morning. I'm not one to write reviews, but this situation upset me so much that I felt the need to warn others of the type of customer treatment you could experience at...
Read moreI DONT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT TRYING TO DOUBLE CHARGE YOU!
I paid with my credit card, everything worked and was "approved". Then as I was about to get into my car, worker ran out and told me that it actually did not go through. I went back inside, paid with the same card and the machine said it was again approved. The guy said even though it said approved it actually wasn't, I used another card, he said that was good. Then I later saw that both cards were actually charged as I originally thought. I went back that same day to refute the charge, the workers told me that I have to come back when the manager named "Rick" was around. There was no way that I was going to come back a third time. I'll contact corporate and my bank, but I will never do business with this place again. If anyone else is considering purchasing something from here, I would ensure that they do not try to double charge you as well. Probably best to just go to another coffee...
