Madison Prickett Preserve — Local services in Lower Makefield Township

Do not waste your time or energy if you are under the age of 55 or a person of color to say the least. Nice units priced around $2500 but, the leasing team requires you to have over 90k in an account to move In . The best part is, they make you pay $500 fee to reserve a unit (on top of $50 app fee) even when they know they are not going to accept your application . So not only do they discriminate they take your money too ;) . Pennsylvania only requires renters to make 3x the rent to be able to comfortably live without financial strain. I meet all requirements to move into a $3000 APT and was still denied . Once again do not waste your time with these people . Not happy with my experience and I highly recommend that you do not do business with any MADISON CO. Everything was uncoordinated and very unprofessional . The best apartment I’ve ever lived in! The people are nice!!! Shoutouts to Esmeralda, Melissa, and Charlotte!!!!🥳. They definitely deserve a raise. They made sure are application was easy as possible and made sure when was the perfect time to apply. They showed us every feature of these buildings and me and my boyfriend fell in love. It’s beautiful, it’s quiet, everything is so modern, and even the neighbors seem friendly. There’s also so much to do in the area and clubhouse/outside. If you’re interested in this place I would definitely consider it. The price is worth it.

Signage was poor. There were 2 entrances next to each other and it was not clear which one was the office door. When I pointed that out, the sales agent was combative in her reply. She did not welcome me or tell me her name. No social skills. No eye contact. Gave me wrong rental info. First said rent was 2200 then checked her computer and said 2800! The rent went up by $600 in 5 mins! Attitude was cavalier. No electric grilles allowed, heat is electric heat pump, no dining rooms, apt and front door keys are the same -- sounds like a security risk. Apts too close together. No green space....
