905 Taylor Lane, Yardley. I had a 3:45pm appt for flu/covid shot. I checked in at 3:40 on my mobile phone, and waited by the pharmacy counter as instructed. There were probably 10 people waiting for a combination of vaccines and medication pickups. At 4:05, after waiting for 25 minutes, the nurse called me in. After asking me a few questions, she notified me that I needed to go to the consultation line and show my insurance card. This was frustrating since this was not the first time I've used a CVS pharmacy. I said to her "I'm not going to have to get back in line right?" She responded she would "try." After doing what she told me, I waited outside her office. She then came out, saw that I was waiting, and called another name. I said 'what's going on?' and she said the system put me to the bottom of the list. I became very frustrated by this and told her never mind. I started to leave the store then realized I should tell the manager how unfair this was. She apologized and told me that I'd be next in line. She went to the nurse and spoke with her for a few seconds. When she returned, I asked her why the nurse didn't take me next on her own and she replied, "I don't know, I'm very sorry." When I went in with the nurse again, I asked her how was it that she was able to take me next now but not before. She replied, "There are a lot of people waiting." Seriously? It was now close to 4:30 and I had been waiting for 50 minutes! I said to her, "But I've been waiting since 3:40," to which her voice started shaking and she began banging her supplies on the desk in front of her as if she was mad. I said to her "you're not going to hurt me are you" and she replied 'no'. The rest of the interaction proceeded without incident. This was my first and LAST time I will ever use a CVS pharmacy. I've had my vaccines at Rite Aid for over 25 years and never had an experience like this. Shame on a nurse that would do this to a patient and shame on the company that allows this. She did not have a name badge but the appt was at 3:45p on 10/14/25 at 905 Taylor Lane,...
