I had a minor surgical procedure performed where lidocaine was used as the anesthetic . At completion of the procedure the doctor informed me that the lidocaine would wear off in approximately 20 minutes and I would likely experience significant pain, but she had already sent a prescription to CVS in Yardley on Taylor Lane. I stopped at this CVS on my way home and explained to the clerk that I had just come from a minor procedure and that my prescription had just recently been sent to CVS. I said to the clerk that I understood how busy the pharmacy is and that my prescription was just recently submitted, but I was hoping that maybe my prescription could be expedited and I could simply wait for the prescription since I would not be able to drive later to pick up the prescription (and I had no one else who could pick up the prescription for me). The clerk said that they may be able to expedite to about a 15 minute wait and turned to ask the pharmacist (Jen Allen) about expediting. Jen Allen had been listening to my situation and before the clerk could even ask said “Do Not Expedite; your prescription will take an hour” with no explanation. I had no choice but to wait. After waiting 40 minutes I went back to the clerk and explained that I was in significant pain and asked if he could find out how much longer my prescription would take to be filled; when he asked Jen Allen she very curtly replied “I’ll get to it when I get to it”. I waited another 20 minutes for my prescription and could barely drive home. I understand that a pharmacist is a tough and demanding job, but I don’t understand how CVS could employ such a disrespectful person to such an important...
Read moreWhen I attempt to expedite my orders using the call in service so that I can get out of town for work always receives push back from the pharmacist/assistants even when the customer volume is low. I don’t know if it’s due to incompetence or malice, but it often interrupts my daily plans. I call to expedite an order when the pharmacy opens at 8/9 am, and when I go to the physical pharmacy I am told by in assistant (after the assistant talks to the pharmacist in hushed tone) that my prescription will not be ready until at least 11 am. This type of customer service can disrupt a person’s schedule in ways that actively alienate the customer.
Update from a year later-still the same issues. Not sure what the point of the of the call service giving me a pickup time if the pharmacist can’t seem to have my prescription ready at that time. Quite...
Read moreTaylor Lane The pharmacist, VICTORIA was extremely unprofessional to my husband who was calling in a prescription. We miss Rite Aud already. We are now in touch with corporate. This sort of behavior is not acceptable.
101 Oxford Vally Road Second encounter 10/29/2025 VICTORIA, the pharmacist, is not only rude and unprofessional but she also challenges doctor’s prescriptions and ask inappropriate questions of physicians. She is a very poor representation for CVS. 4 of my friends have ceased going to Oxford valley and the new Taylor Riad location as she has been disrespectful and downright condescending. Sorry CVS, we found another independent pharmacy that is friendly and helpful. Victoria should have a corporate review as she is losing...
