If I could give zero stars, I would. What an absolute embarrassment of a company. Honeygrow in Wynnewood is a shining example of everything wrong with customer service today. Both the employee and the manager on duty promised me they had processed my refund after serving completely inedible food. Spoiler alert: they didn’t. Turns out, they aren’t even capable of issuing a refund, yet they lied to my face and told me it had been done.

The level of incompetence is staggering. Not only do the staff make mistakes, but they take zero accountability for them. The fact that they tried to deceive me about something as simple as a refund shows just how little regard they have for their customers. Their version of customer service is a joke, and it’s obvious they’ve never been properly trained to handle even basic issues.

No wonder you can’t get in touch with this company. If they actually answered their phones or emails, they’d be bombarded with complaints just like mine. Honeygrow in Wynnewood is a disgrace. Update: downgrading my review. Decided to give it another try, and I'm even more disappointed. Requested light sauce and I have a quarter cup floating in the bottom. Tried white egg noodles which is 80% of the portion and a little al dente. I give up. Former review: I was excited to try Honeygrow again and overall, I was disappointed. On the plus side, the food was tasty. On the downside, the portion is relatively small (1 cup brown rice, a garnish worth of veggies, ok amount of small shrimp) and unless you are doubling up on protein and having a ton of sauce it's really not enough calories for dinner and at $13+ without any extras (but with tip), it's not a dinner option for me. Like others, I had something missing from my order (cilantro). Also like others, it took a longish time to get my meal. 15+ minutes seems like a long time to wait (it was after 8 pm).
