Starbucks — Restaurant in Lower Merion Township

Tonight I stop in 10 minutes before closing on sept 9. There was a male and female working, as soon as I walked in the male visibly showed how annoyed he was that I walked in 10 minutes before closing. The female who was working was extremely polite and welcoming.

As I waited for my order to be done the male was complaining about his job and upcoming shifts he has (as he was making my drinks). When my order was complete, I realized he made the wrong drink, I ordered a cookie crumble frap but he made a caramel frap. (I told them I wouldn't mind the caramel frap but the drink was not for me)

The female working had no issue re making the correct drink. The male immediately started sighing very loud and slamming things down on the counter. The behavior was so childish that I just shook my head n laughed. 3 month ago a review very similar to mine was posted.. obviously nothing has been done.

First time here. This has to be the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. Worse than Times Square NYC Starbucks.

Let's start with Parking. There's basically none and the lot is very narrow and small despite the store being in the Suburbs. This seems like a very active shopping plaza.

Slow service. Came here on a Thursday Afternoon during the workday. A few customers but drinks took extremely long. The store appears understaffed. It's at no fault of the employees but more so Starbucks corporate for not incentivizing and attracting talent.

Cleanliness? DIRTY. There are flies everywhere, behind the counter, in the dining area. Not just one or two, Multiple. It becomes distracting especially when attempting to enjoy the public store and complete work.

We came in 15 mins to closing and immediately stated to the cashier we tried to place the order online to make it easier on them and immediately was hit with a nasty attitude and eye roll "yeah we close in 15 mins" with an added hand movement to speed up. Our order was simple. We wanted 3 venti vanilla bean frapps. The guys name was Daymore he was very rude. He kept sighing heavily while talking to us and while making our drinks. He turned around and slammed down a container in front of us then kept making our drinks. Gave us our drinks then moved the container to another counter angrily. He needs to learn if you close in 15 mins that means you are still open. You are not closed. Very childish the way you were acting at this big age to the point where we had to laugh a little because it looked...
