Extremely Rude employee. The problem seemed to be i ordered a Vt Shkn Esp (lightly shaken) that seemed to throw this older man over the edge. He had a complete melt down. While I am in the middle of my order he continuously told me to pay or get out. I wasnt even finished ordering.. being a war vet suffering from ptsd alot of times I run out patiences very quickly. But on this occasion instead of this blatent disrespect turning into a physical matter 8 asked for a manager whom quickly moved in and took care of this situation. At the end of the day this type of encounter should never happen. The disrespect will not be tolerated, especially after all the sacrifices I've made for this guy to even have a job at starbucks. For him to return my sacrifices into dismissal and disrespect. Idk what was wrong w buddy, but i didn't lose 8 of my friends and spend a year plus away from everything i care about to be treated as such. i had my service dog we too. I am so upset about this situation. On average, I spend 5-10$ in starbucks a day. That's $3,000 yearly. I would certainly like to know what i need to do to get a resolution to this situation. I am a 5☆ customer, and i expect such treatment when im spending money every day with this company. With all that being said, a newer employee named Amanda was a god send. She was very personable and got the drinks spot on even though i ordered a venti water and received a grande. No love lost, though.. After this review i will also be calling customer service to address this act...
Read moreStore 31-A is one of the worst starbucks I've ever been to and I recently moved here from living in Seattle for 10 yrs. They often burn the shots b/c the don't check the timing on the pulls and rather than fix it, or check for any problems they suggest you try the blonde roast. One of the managers had an attidude problem: she tried to charge me for the milk alt after I had paid and she made my drink incorrectly with cow's milk rather than simply fix her mistake. When I reminded her that isn't Starbucks policy she grudgingly remade it and barely pulled herself together to hand it to me politely. Also, don't order and iced Matcha Latte there; she trains the baristas to dump the Matcha powder on top of the ice and give it a swirl = matcha chunks everywhere for you to suck up through the straw and milk still mostly white and unmixed. Unfortunately this is the store closest to me with a seating area so have to drive a few miles further away, but it's worth it to receive the quality of product and service...
Read moreWent into Star bucks, stood in line and was given no greeting but was told someone would be right with me. Caucasian lady walks and and someone happily greets her and takes her order. Caucasian officer walks in next and his order gets taken. At this point I say something and was told “didn’t someone say they be with you” and I replied “right and that was before the lady and cop even walked into the store”. I’m African American and felt discriminated from the moment I waked in. Luckily the order wasn’t for me. Doesn’t surprise me though,...
