Surreal Ice Cream. Terrible service. So, my wife finds this place on IG and we decide to bring the kids the week of June 9. About 25 min ride each way but she swears the pictures are 'great' and 'it'll be worth it'. We take the ride, walk in... and are reviewing the menu. We are surprised by the amount of handwritten 'notices' there are, many of them fading (just type them up and print them up at this point). Ex: 'Yes there is cake in this type of mason jar thing.' 'No you keep the mason jar but we'll wash it.'.. but the one thing aside from the notices that stands out is that we are looking around for a few minutes and are curious 'how do we order'.. because no one said anything when we walked in, no one has said anything or asked a question or anything. And, as we are reading these faded hand written notices, we see... sitting behind the glass and behind one of the written 'warnings' is a dude on his phone, not saying a word, hardly paying attention, not even looking up. I ask black sweatered dude 'you work here, can we order from you'. He hardly looks up 'yea'. I look at my wife, shrug, and tell her 'let's just order one thing and go'. We order the cookie monster dessert and (as others say, it's a huge order and very good so can't knock them for that) split it among the 4 of us. We sit outside, enjoy the food, watch black sweatered dude go back to his phone, kicked up by the window, and ignore the world. Thankfully, another employee showed up to help other customers. Needless to say, won't be going back and someone should talk to 'the dude' because he was either having a bad day or needs some serious training on basic...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad heard about this place and decided to check it out. Their must popular offerings are ice cream sundaes in Mason Jars. My gf and I decided to try the Nom Nom Cookie and the Chocolate Blackout. At the time of ordering we asked for them to be to-go since we were in a little bit of a rush. They made the sundaes and they looked incredible, however they did not remember that they were to-go until after they finished. The solution to this was for them to simply scrape half of the sundaes (the swirl above the rim of the mason jar) into the sink. This was extremely frustrating because a) it was a waste and b) it is the same price ($10, which is on the high side to begin with) for only half of the sundae. The ice cream was delicious but it is ridiculous that there was no warning or price discount for literally receiving half of what they charge you for or prepared. I have been to plenty of ice cream places that have plastic lids to accommodate swirls so I know they exist. Overall the ice cream was good although a bit overpriced and extremely overpriced if you try to...

This place was so cute and such a nice little surprise! My cousin was craving ice cream so we decided to head on over here and we were pleasantly surprised at how cute and delicious the soft serve was!
They can be a little pricey depending on what you get though. We got the soft serves in a mason jars which cost around $10 per with the ice cream. Pretty worth though as you can take the jar home + they give a lot of ice cream.
I decided to Create my own - matcha soft serve, graham cracker, almond cracker, biscoff, and fruity pebbles
It was delicious!!! I loved how creamy and super soft the ice cream was and really really appreciated how they put the toppings at the bottom and middle of the ice cream and not just the top! That way there will be toppings in every bite!! So smart!!
My cousin got the chocolate blackout and she absolutely loved it! She is a huge ice cream person and chocolate person and very much enjoyed the ice cream. She was also impressed at how much was given as she also couldn't finish...
