I was incredibly disappointed with my experience tonight. I ordered delivery, cash upon arrival, and unfortunately i missed the texts from the app saying my driver was near. I understand why they left, so I called the store and asked if they might be able to redeliver it but the cashier on the phone told me the driver had called multiple times so the manager said I’d have to pick it up. I was a little taken aback. I got the texts and realized a couple minutes late, but I had no missed calls. When I came in to get my order, who I assume was the manager had an aggressive attitude towards me when I told her I had come to pick up my order. I wasn’t blaming her for my own mistake yet she decided to throw in my face “yeah well, I called you, he called you, so-“ and I had to cut her off. I had zero missed calls from anyone and I told her I could show her my phone if she’d like to see it. She went silent as she walked away from me, grabbed my food angrily and cashed me out. I don’t think its too much to ask that in a customer service position, you have a better attitude to work with. I was disgusted and actually offended she thought she could gaslight me, when I wasn’t even going to complain. and if they had just offered to send the driver out again for me, I wouldve given them $20 for the inconvenience. Now I’ve paid 4.29 for delivery fees that I had to end up picking up myself, and a bad taste in my mouth from that woman’s attitude. I think the situation couldve been handled...

The delivery driver caught a attitude, mumbling under his breath because I didn't tip him so he took it upon him to added a tip when he left my premises and the next day my account overdraft. I had $23, more the enough to cover the $21.49 I called the domino's store where I ordered, spoke the the manager and she was very rude, disrespect and told me that there was nothing she can do The delivery driver name is Anthony. Customers, if he delivers your food and I don't tip, he will definitely add the tip on without your acknowledgement. And your account will be charged. I'm in a process of suing. I have the prove that I did not authorize a tip to be charged on my account. I have a copy of my receipt and I all ready submitted it to the domino's corporate. Again, look out for a delivery driver name Anthony. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS GUY AND ALSO BE AWARE OF THE MANAGER. SHE WONT HELP...

I went inside and saw my name on the deli board and it said my order was ready. The person who attended me said it would be another few minutes. My name disappeared from the deli board and I waited another 20 minutes and my order still wasn’t ready. By this time another 6 customers were in the sore and many were upset that everything was delayed. Most of them weren’t acknowledged when they came into the store. I got my pizza and left. When I got home I noticed that I got the wrong pizza. I live about 20 minutes ago and I wasn’t about to go back to get it fixed.
