Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lower Nazareth Township

When to this Dunkin’ in Nazareth today and tried to get a latte and they say the machine is down. This seems like a often thing at this Dunkin’. Was already upset when they didn’t have donuts and I understand with that but always with the lattes. So we ask for two iced coffees. He hands us out coffee and it looks just like milk. I said I think you put to much cream in it, it looks just like milk, can you put more coffee in and he says it’s only lighter because you wanted caramel in it. I’m like that makes no sense caramel won’t make coffee whiter. Also I know what my coffee should look like I get it almost everyday. A medium iced coffee with just cream and caramel will not look like just milk. I didn’t get extra cream. To top it off we got two of the same drinks and they both look different. This guy just didn’t get he didn’t make it right and didn’t want to fix it. So we ended up throwing it out and being out...

Hi, I just wanted to share my experience because I’ve been really disappointed with the customer service lately — especially from one male employee with half brown and white colored hair.

I asked him nicely for a mix-and-match box of munchkins, and instead of just helping, he snatched the box from me and started murmuring under his breath. I still said “thank you” and even apologized, but he just rolled his eyes, slammed the window shut, and turned away like I had asked for free food or something.

This isn’t the first time he’s acted this way either. Every time I ask for something specific, he replies in a rude tone like, “I can’t make it, sorry,” with zero courtesy. It’s honestly frustrating because as a paying customer, I don’t think it’s too much to expect a bit of respect.

I really hope this gets addressed, because it makes the whole experience unpleasant.

Lady at the drive thru was rude and rushing the order. Before I even finished talking she would say “what else”…like I know you’re busy but let me finish my damn order. I had to repeat myself 5 times because she wouldn’t stop talking over me. I got the wrong food order and tried to tell them but twice the closed the window or walked away. Then it took 5 minutes to get my drink because this lady is so rude and just grunts at you that I thought she told me to go to the next window. Then they come to give me the drive and I’m explaining to them how I thought she said to pull up and don’t even get to say a word cause the lady walked away. I tried to give this location multiple chances but am giving up. I would rather drive 5-10 mins away to another location instead of dealing with rudeness every single time I come here to...
