Bravo Pizza — Restaurant in Lower Oxford Township

We ordered from here tonight and it was terrible. The food and the service. I will preface by saying that Bravo has shown a pattern, with us at least, for not getting orders and serving us undercooked pizza.

I ordered online and when my husband got to the restaurant 30 min later, they claim they just got my order. They took over an hour and a half to make our food. They also kept asking my husband what I had ordered because they didn't know?? How do you have online ordering and not make sure it functions correctly or that you and your employees know how to use it...With so much time spent on preparing my order, I was disappointed with the quality. The pizza looked like they threw it into the box from across the room, undercooked, soggy bad pizza. Bad. The Paninis were soggy as well, and the fried dough came with sugar crystals instead of powdered sugar. I understand that there was also an argument between my husband and the cashier, but I still paid full price for my meal and it seemed like Bravo took their frustration out on our food.

I had ordered a large cheese pizza at around 2:30 and they told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. Normally, I need to leave the house at 3:00 to make it to work by 3:30. I live only 3 minutes away from Bravos and had gotten there around 2:56 and really needed to feed my family before I left and so I went to pick up the pizza but when I asked for my food they employees looked at each other and then told me "they forgot to make my order." They then told me if I stayed a little longer they would be able to make me a pizza and give me a 10% discount but really, I had no time at all for that. I really had to get going and leave for work within the next 3 minutes so I left the restaurant emptyhanded. Therefore, I never got my pizza and the kids weren't able to eat that day until around 8pm when their father came back home from work.

Overall: bad staff...

This place is FABULOUS!!! We met here as a halfway point for my daughter and myself, just to get a quick lunch. They have a least 18-20 types of large pizzas available for getting a slice. They have at least a dozen types of pasta & sauce combinations. The staff is very patient and helpful in explaining individual dishes. We had the Mexican, the General Tsao, Chicken bacon ranch and the stuffed pizza slices and took home the tortellini, broccoli and ham in Alfredo. Also the chicken marsala. We haven't eaten the pasta yet, but we've got enough food to last us for a few days and it all looks and smells awesome. If you want good food and great service please visit this restaurant.
