I ordered a $59.99 spring dish garden arrangement plus $12.99 strawberries and $20 Sunday delivery. My mother received a basket nothing of professional quality to what I ordered online. It was simple pots put in a basket with a tacky bow. The chocolate strawberries were unripe. To which I was told that they are normally “tart” this time of year. Only offered 25% refund, no offer to remedy the situation as “they would lose profit”. Instead they picked up my mother’s flowers (I live 2 hours away) so they could return the $100 spent.

You’d think they’d want to re-do the flowers or refund more to make their customer happy?! As they said they served over 200 customers and I was their only complaint?! Be careful, they only look out for themselves. Never again business with them, my family were faithful...

What a wonderful flower shop! I had 2 failed orders from so-called national flower shops that had me very discouraged until I found Philips and decided to take one last shot at sending my sister a plant for her birthday. My original order had been delivered to the shop in horrific condition and instead of not caring and simply delivering it they called me immediately to rectify the situation. They took the time and created a one of a kind plant basket that was nothing less than gorgeous! My sister who is extremely knowledgeable about plants called to tell me these were the freshest plants she’s ever received! This is the 3rd time I've used Philips Florist in a short time. This time around I feel short changed. I ordered the "Premium" Truly Stunning Bouquet for my wife. Early valentines day surprise. I purchased a week in advance. the description says "Featuring a thoughtful array of BOTH roses and lilies" I see only 1 type of rose. Red.
