Drive thru first. Cashier said just a minute. When they finally were ready to assist me. I clearly stated as I always. She got frustrated and told me to pull around. I told them I would not because I planned to order more. The associate said well you can take that up the street. So I had to park my car and go inside to place my order. Upon entering the store. The drive thru attendant looked at me and said oh you want to place your order in here now. I said, I need to speak to your manager, and yes I am placing my order in here. She said she was the manager. I said I need your name. I once again clearly select the meal I wanted. The manager said I don't need to do it with an attitude. I explained to her, I am only being clear. I spoke to 2 other employees trying to get their names and the name of the manager. Not one employee gave me their name. None of the employees appeared to be wearing any name tag or uniform. No hair net were worn. Nor anyone handling food wore gloves. I attempted to get the managers name again, and she refused. She said just submit a complaint and they will know who I am talking about. Our food was extremely under cooked and almost raw. The manager seemed like she did not care about her job or customer service. They really need to review the staff and cameras. Maybe she just wants to get fired so she can collect...
Read moreWorst experience I had at any restaurant ever. You couldn't pay me to come back here. Ordered breakfast for me and a friend at the drive through. My friend is vegetarian so I asked for no bacon on the egg mcmuffin. Payed for my order and was handed what I thought was my order. I only received an eggmcmuffin when I ordered an eggmc muffin, sausage mc griddle, and two hasbrowns. I did receive the two coffees I ordered. The egg mcmuffin my friend received had bacon on it and he took a bite before realizing. I went back and said the order was wrong and they did understand. I told them what was wrong and they asked for the receipt. The recipient said I ordered at 8:47 and the man said it was now 9:00 so he was making the assumption that we ate the other food and then came back around for free seconds. This was untrue. He didn't apologize and only said he would remake the one sandwich and wouldn't give us the food we never received. I said ok and left. I didn't even want the sandwich remade at that point since I wouldn't even be receiving most of the food I paid for. The short, bald, heavy set man was the worst worker I ever had the displeasure of talking to at any McDonald's. I called and complained to corporate. Read moreI chose ones as the service was bad. In the drive though ordering we had to repeat and correct the order several times. When we received the order, before we drove forward we had a drink missing and found food missing. We had to show the receipt/order and they got it wrong a couple more times before throwing stuff together and tossing it in the bag. We pulled up to keep the line moving and a gentleman came out to figure out what was wrong. We told him and he gave us what we thought was correct and we had to leave for time. When opening the bag and unwrapping the sandwiches I saw they were wrong and inedible. Thankfully the fries were correct and yummy.
All of this was frustrating so I called customer service to let them know our complaints. I stayed calm as customer service reps don't deserve to be yelled at. It's not their fault. Anyway, they said they will document the complaint and notify the manager, who will contact us. A couple of days later I received the call from the manager and I explained what happened. She apologized and said she will make sure it does not happen again. She was very nice and I felt confident she would take care of it. We haven't been back yet as we were passing by so I cannot rate...
