Capital Cafe — Restaurant in Lower Swatara Township

Horrible service. Ordered to go and watched as people were sitting to dine in order, have their food brought to them , them eating and leaving meanwhile I was still waiting for my order. On top of it the female behind the counter that took my order saw me waiting there and didn’t bother to check on my order. You would think it would be common sense to ask especially when she glimpsed at me several times. Then, she asks me for my receipt to give it to the chef because it wasn’t even being worked on. Another 20min I waited. About 2 people sat at the bar and she didn’t even greet them. One man had to get her attention by waving and saying hi only to get a forced smile and a hello. 2 staff members are sitting near the bar eating. They can’t do service because they are forced by HMS Host to take a 15 minute break. The question I have is: shouldn’t at least one person stay working, or do they have to hold hands to take a break? HMS, you may want to talk to these employees! She even told me to go to another bar in terminal A. Even after she made my drink, the bartender went back to her seat where she was taking a break. With an empty bar, you would think she would at least want a tip. HMS must be paying her good if as a bartender you can ignore a customer like that. She can blame herself or HMS Host for NO TIP! I wish I could give less than one star. I was traveling with my cousin on May 5th. We arrived two hours early so we could grab dinner before the flight. After we went through security, we went to the Capitol Café. It was barely 6:45pm. We sat down at an empty table and waited. Approximately eight tables were occupied.
